We purchased the Nimbus lounge (delivered February, 2020) in a 2 seater with center console, in True Touch Leather in Malamu .
We had to request a service call pretty much straight away due to the lounge not being installed properly
as it was out of alignment. Then a couple of months later the right lounge stopped working the electrical sensor control was then replaced. Now (December, 2020) the left lounge has stopped working and we have had to request yet another service call.

Hi all, we just bought our third product from King Furniture over 6 years, this one initially had a few issues, contacted Deb at King Living Furniture Customer Service who has responded immediately, sent out a service tech to inspect our concerns, our issue has been addressed and could not give any better recommendation to purchase from this company.
