Two Sofas delivered on the promised date
Sam and Patchy were excellent in delivering and assembling our two new sofas which were delivered at the exact time promised. High quality sofas that fit well in our living room. Very good experience especially when you keep hearing of delivery delays of other retailers.
We purchased the Plaza suite with ottoman in a lovely fabric called Bronte. We waited 4 months but they told us that at the time and it arrived exactly on time. I was contacted by phone to arrange delivery day a week or so before. The delivery guys were most friendly and helpful and changed the config for me when i got it the wrong way around :) The lounges are very comfy and we are really pleased with their quality. I am hoping they will last a long time and maintain their great look. I have no experience with the after sales service people as we have had no issues but the sales person on the day of purchase was extremely helpful. I also used the chat option online to discuss rugs and the lady was also very helpful

We visited Kristina at the Chatswood store who provided practical advice to help us make our purchase. Nothing was too much trouble. Great customer service which seems to be a dying art these days. Highly recommended and keep up the good work!
Pree Hiss excels in her customer service
Today we had a lovely experience buying a new sofa and storage bed and that was entirely because of the care, patience and help provided to us by Sales consultant Pree Hiss in the Chatswood store. It took a long time for us to work out all the options of material, configuration, filling, add-ons etc and with each decision Pree tirelessly helped us with explanations, demonstrations, information and support. She was exceptionally patient with us and we appreciated this and her knowledge and her friendly gentle approach. Really the customer service we received was faultless. Thank you Pree. We wanted to make sure we made the right decisions because we want to live with this sofa for years to come and you really helped us.

Late delivery! no updates until i followed up twice! Faulty Product delivered with no updates on a fix!
We ordered our couch in Oct 2020 & were told the delivery will be 27th Jan 2021. The day came and went but we did not hear a word from king living! Not even a “there’s a delay in your order”. I emailed them but they didn’t even bother replying so i called up the customer service and was told the new delivery date is this week and someone will be in touch a couple of days prior to organise. Guess what? Absolute crickets! I followed up and left a review on productreview, only then my case was escalated to a manager who called me 2 days later. Lee...was very courteous and helpful and organised the delivery of the couch the next day! Which was wonderful. The delivery drivers were absolute legends and did an amazing job! But thats where another nightmare started. While installation, we noticed a fault in the fabric on the chaise. Delivery driver took some photos and logged a service request. That was it, didnt hear anything since. No updates on when this will be fixed or replaced. I called Lee again who again was very helpful and said someone from service department will call back but no one has called or followed up! If we are paying premium for a brand, we expect premium service. I am very sorry to say that is NOT the case with King Living. It definitely seems like something is broken in how they run their business. Prices are definitely not reflective of their quality.
Excellent warm customer sales approach from Kristina Pain in store.
Kristina displayed the perfect balance of being informative and helpful but also gave us the space to try the lounge and chat between ourselves.

Exactly What We Ordered!
This was our first luxury purchase of a couch (Delta III 2S Storage AE Luxe Package) from KL and we love it. We ordered it from KL Chatswood and Katy was very friendly and helpful. Both myself and my pregnant partner (at the time) felt we were looked after and not pressured at all.
Understandably within this predicament, and unplanned strikes with this shipping co., apparently, we were advised that the shipment of the couches were delayed and located in two shipping containers, and thus pushing it back another month.
Originally we wanted the ...couch to help comfort my partner before the baby, but unfortunately with the delays we had to wait a week after our baby was born. Although frustrated, we understood. However we were greeted a couple of days before receiving it confirming that our couches would be delivered, we were happy it was delivered before Xmas. The lads who delivered it too were very, quick, efficient and tied up after themselves. Safe to say after several weeks of use, along with a baby and as well a 1 year old pup, our couch is doing great! A longer than usual review, but I hope this helps with any future purchases you make.
Shonky awards for sure!
We ordered our couch 6 months ago and it came a week ago minus the shelving - they called and assured us it woukd be delivered Tues - now it looks like we wont get it before Christmas -useless people and the furniture is ridiculously expensive and looks #shonky Dont order anything from these guys @NSW_FairTrading here we come!!! Just as an update we got told 2 different things by the showroom dispatch and its clear no-one knows whats going on - so we have half a couch for a while - no point in mediation Im going for a full refund !
Great Friendly Service
If you are looking for a friendly and helpful sales experience, go to the Chatswood store and ask for Pree. As soon as we entered the store we were greeted and welcomed. Pree isn’t pushy, knows her products and nothing is too much trouble.

Really disappointed with lounge and service post purchase
This was our third purchase from King Living Chatswood and will be our last. We purchased the Zaza in leather, and the back cushions constantly slide down the lounge. It’s really uncomfortable, we are devastated to have spent thousands on a lounge and have this problem. We have also had two leather lounges prior to this and never had this issue.
Have spoken to King Chatswood multiple times, they say they will get back to me and haven’t, basically they don’t want to know us. Really disappointed that once they have the sale they don’t care.

This was our 2nd purchase from King Living at Chatswood. Kristina and Amanda were amazing - great product knowledge, friendly, patient, and attentive without being intrusive. Kristina helped us navigate all the product and fabric choices and we were delighted with our final selection!

I walked in not expecting to buy anything and i walked out with a couch and side table. Pree was great she helped and guided me through the purchase and gave me some great advice.
