Great sofa delivered by Sam and Moe
I bought my new Zaza sofa at the King Livng Moore Park. The staff there were very helpful and patient while I perused the fabric choices and took some time to decide. The sofa arrived today and I am very pleased with the final product. My only issue was with the delay in delivery. Although the delivery date was 2 months from the date purchase, it was delayed another 2 times due to issues in the workshop. Very frustrating. Sam & Moe delivered and assembled it today and they couldn't have been a more helpful, friendly and professional team.

The worst retail customer experience I've ever had!
I purchase Reo 3 seat sofa 12 months ago. I went to King because they advertise their products as being the best, of superior quality and construction. My sofa arrived 3 months later, this is usually the time it takes. A few weeks had past, I started to notice that the metal hinges, allowing the headrest to be adjusted, were visible and protruding, covered only by a thin layer of leather. They were very dangerous, so much so that my girlfriend hurt her back when sitting on the sofa, and caused a nasty bruse. When I contacted King Customer care ...about this, (took 3 weeks to get reply) I was told there was nothing wrong with my sofa, that it's exactly like all their Reo sofas. It was nothing short of exhausting dealing with King Customer service, and after three months of endless correspondence they finally agreed to sent a Technician out and inspect my sofa. The Technician took one look at it, and immediately said it was faulty, he ask what would I like to have done. I asked for a replacement sofa, this was approved one week later. The replacement Reo arrived 3 months later, and by all accounts it seemed to be as I had originally purchased, no visible signs of those metal hinges. Several weeks had past and the exact same fault started appearing, the hinges were once again visible, and this time it was worse than before. I'm a very house proud person, who takes exceptional care of their belongings, I don't have any children or pets who could have inadvertently caused these issues to occur. It's simply a badly designed sofa! Once again I was in touch with KING Living customer care to request that the sofa be removed and a full refund be provided. After another round of exhausting emails, I was told they would collect the sofa and give a full refund. Not once during this entire experience, and dealings with their customer service department, did a representative actually call me, even after I'd reached a point of absolute frustration and asked for a manager to call me to discuss my concerns. I feel utterly let down by King, left with the feeling they do not actually value their customers. No one contacted me to offer an apology, or to somehow attempt to retain my custom. They simply disguarded me, and left me without a sofa. I am now struggling to have my refund transferred to my bank account, and have just been given excuses for why it hasn't been done. BE WARNED, you may receive great service from the sales team at point of sale in their showrooms, however that's where it ends. There is absolutely no level of after sales customer support if you actually need it. This is without doubt the worst retail customer experience I've ever had in my life. Think carefully before you purchase a King Living sofa! I will NEVER deal with King Living again.
Great service until you order
Great stylish stores with a nice contemporary range of lounge, sofas, dining tables, chairs and bedroom furniture. The staff are attentive and knowledgeable service is great until after you make payment. After this the customer service goes down hill. Meaning there is none. #retailbullying
Great Service and exceptional company values
It's very clear that the team at King are well trained, passionate, confident and knowledgeable- it truly shows.
Though we came into store on a very busy last day of sale we were still treated by Jizette like we were the only people there and were not made to feel rushed in any decisions whatsoever.
We left extremely satisfied that Jizette had helped us make all the right choices on colours, fabrics, sizes and extras and we know that was because it came from an expert, we really valued Jizette's opinions and advice.

Terrible service and useless support
Best tip? Don’t waste your precious money.
We were provided with incorrect quotes, quotes missing back cushions, and the last quote was priced incorrectly so we had to pay the difference after paying a deposit.
Fast forward less than 2 years, over 4K sofa’s spring has giving in.
Three weeks calling and sending multiple emails, no call returned, excuses that people were sick so didn’t call back, promised calls that never eventuated.
For such a premium price you should expect to be treated with respect, instead, dishonesty, lies, lack of care, passing the buck, lack of interest is what you will get.

Poor product and service and extremely misleading and deceptive
King Living is selling products that are not as advertised and refuses to make restitution.
The "Latitude" rugs that are advertised as "Bamboo Silk and Linen" are actually made of cheap viscose. When the rug gets wet, the fibres release their wood and stain the rug yellow permanently. Not even King Living's specialist rug cleaner can fix. The description sounds glamorous, but is actually a very cheap composition, but not a cheap price - my rug was $2600, and is now ruined from a single spill of liquid.

Very happy with King Furniture
We went to Moore Park and went into king Furniture where we meet Kim Lake who showed us around the showroom where she helped us select our lounge suite for our sitting area. She was very helpful and knowledgeable with furniture as well as fabrics. The delivery arrived on time and the delivery men were very helpful and polite. We are very happy with the end result.

Sofa made in wrong fabric after a 10 week wait
I was sent a link to write a review here by the sales person so here it is.
Ordered a sofa 10 weeks ago and the day before delivery (and after paying in full) they realised my sofa was made in the incorrect fabric colour.
They can make me a new sofa (oh thanks) and it will delivered in 8 weeks (which is their standard delivery time) and was offered $300 compensation.
Not happy. Now waiting a phone call from Moore Park store manager to see if anything can be done to speed the process, which I really doubt as otherwise it would have been offered to me already I guess.
great and stress free shopping
Had a great experience - it was so easy to choose the fabric/finish and the furniture. The only hold up was their computer system because it was the last day of one sale and the day before another, and the computer prices weren't in keeping with what was in the store.
Kim the sales rep in Kings was great - very helpful and responds to any changes in my order within a couple of hours.

Great but could be better
Our salesperson Rachael as great very helpful and accommodating. But frustrated at the lack of mattress sample in the layer we required. Delivery driver George M was great he did a get job even though we were both mixed around by times being changed and schedules being changed without both of us being notified. Appreciate the people above and the work they did even with the runaround.
I am really disappointed with this sofa, which cost a lot of money, because it is almost impossible to clean. We got a cream colour (which I think was Portland Sandstone). I am unable to get stains out using all the normal methods (which work on our other (Freedom) sofa). King Furniture recommend a cleaning company which is over $400. When they came, they clicked their tongues and declared that this fabric is very hard to clean as it is a viscose mix which locks in stains. They did their best and could get dirt out but not specific stains.
I never would have bought this sofa if I'd known I would not be able to clean it.

King furniture awful service
Just terrible!!! Bought outdoor stings this September, received only in December. 3 times they failed to deliver. 1st time "half of your setting arrived...do you want deliver half?'' 2nd time on Friday '' to busy can deliver Saturday?" 3rd time they run out of ideas wow biggest lie '' Truck broke down''. Screw you people in king furniture should be ashamed of yourself charging customers for product $10,000 plus delivery and running business with old trucks falling apart unable to deliver!!!! or you just could not come with any other lie after failing deliver 3rd time?

Poor product & even worse customer service!
I purchased a King Furniture Delta lounge (non storage one) back in Feb 2013. In the four years since purchasing I have had issues with the stitching, the foam inserts, the legs, the knock-ins (plastic inserts that seat back and tables slip in to) and the fabric. About the only part that didn't give me hassle was the lounge frame. I contacted King and apart from having the gall of insisting the it was somehow our fault, they charged a delivery fee each time they came out, they took ages to attend to the issues and the last straw was to charge m...e to have the lounge recovered (as the fabric had delaminated). My advice is do yourself a favour and stay well away from King Furniture; their products are not fit for purpose and their customer service is appalling.
Replacing old Delta couch
Hi bought a Plaza lounge to replace my old Delta lounge which was worn and too dark for my new place.The Plaza lightens up the space and is as comfortable as the Delta was.The delivery men were punctual and polite and helpful in moving my old couch.
Extremely bad quality! Fabric disintegrated just short of the 2year warranty and they would not honour it. I have had to completely recover with a separate recovering company. Do not expect your outdoor furniture to last anymore than 2 years.
I would strongly not recommend you buy this product!

Recently purchased 2 Leon recliners. Had them for 12 days. They are so firm to sit on that my husband just has to get up out of it after an hour. It actually hurts. Please tell me they will soften. I’m so concerned after spending so much on them. My previous ones were super comfy and we only replaced them for aesthetics. Very anxious. Thanks.

Hi Beats L yes they do soften but not quickly. Maybe your husband can put something down on the sofa until it does. The springs in the sofas are there for support so maybe after a very soft sofa his body may be resistant to this support right now
Thanks Roberta. I really hope so. I’m so upset at the fact he is so uncomfortable..Even I find them hard to sit in for any length of time. Fingers crossed.
