Easy to navigate however my husband missed a step when looking at Delta III plus range and tumbled over. Customer service with Sharon was good and she very patient and helpful. The furniture is fine
King furniture has a reputation, therefore it was an easy decision to make and I bought a lounge set. But I was disappointed as the rods rusted within 10 months or atleast I realised it within 10 months of the delivery. King furniture was quick to acknowledge and has now replaced the covers and rods free of charge. The service, delivery people were wonderful.. that is your saviour, King furniture!
