As soon as we walked in we found what we were looking for, we were kindly attended to and left to browse in our own time, the team were great, in particular Sharon, she was very patient and showed us many options explaining all the details from the fabric performance and the lounge itself, she was very honest about lead times and ensured we had a full understanding before the purchase was finalised, she was also very diligent in making sure every detail was confirmed twice. I would certainly go back to this store.

I have dealt with both Jackie Cho and Pree Hiss at King Living Chatswood, both have been extremely helpful both in helping us pick our pieces and after sale service. We are very happy with our couch and have a desk, chair and armchair on order, while we love the furniture, the customer service is really what keeps us coming back.

We got wonderful customised service and styling advice with choosing a lounge and dining suite sized appropriately for apartment living. Our salesperson was Leila at your Castle Hill store and she provided us great ideas with furniture design and fabric selection advice that really suited our needs. We visited twice over 5 days and purchased on the second visit. Leila, we thank you for all your assistance and giving us the confidence to make a decision so quickly !!!

Spent three hours in store today exploring various lounge options for our new home. From the moment we entered the showroom we were greeted by Pree H and guided through the various options and styles available.

Having our room dimensions with us allowed Pree to prepare computer printed floor plans, which we continually had updated while we were deciding our selections. There was no pushy sales pitch, instead just good old fashioned service. We had no intention of purchasing our lounges today, but we were more than comfortable to do so based on our experience.
