Not the best customer service
The store was easy to navigate and products were fine. The customer service from the showroom manager was very poor and I was unimpressed. Had to chase her for the quote which was not sent on time.
Spent a fortune- no cushions
spend a fortune on this beautiful piece and the cushions didnt come with the couches.
apparently they werent ordered and were 3 months away... moved into this brand new home and half a lounge .
Not happy at all.
Sales experience fine - back end admin, post sales customer service and logistics appalling
Purchased in store , and mistaken on colour matching by showroom lighting , staff were excellent in working out a deal to resolve . All turned pear shaped when order was lost in system, failed to deliver two weeks in row and resold fully purchased products on shop floor . king were magnanimous , albeit slow in rectifying the sales component only to be let down by delivery time a third time, despite specific time slot request . overall experience was frustrating as the customer service experience required a lot of customer effort to chase each step to resolve

Let down by terrible delivery and customer service.
After waiting 2 months for sofa, my first delivery had to be rescheduled because they were apparently too busy. When the delivery finally arrives a week later the driver is over and hour late. Even a 4 hour window is not enough time for them to make a delivery. No reasons given. No call to see if it was ok.
The amount of blame between King Living dispatch, driver and showroom is the worst that I have seen. Nobody is willing to take responsibility for the customer's inconvenience.
I does not matter how good their products are. Nothing is worth this kind of hassle.
We purchased the Felix lounge after a couple of visits.
This was a huge investment for us $$$!
The day came for delivery and the delivery time was re-scheduled 3 times in one day. My afternoon was wasted and then my afternoon became unpleasant after numerous phone calls to get a time that they could commit to. COME ON.
I had to ring them on each occasion. It appeared I was not important enough to be kept up to speed on my delivery. This ruined the excitement of waiting for my new lounge and it ruined the after school activities for my children.

I bought and received my 2.5 seater Mocha leather Plaza sofa. Was happy with the quality of the sofa. However, the delivery service was really bad. They delivered my sofa by parts WITHOUT ANY PROTECTION WRAPPING, the delivery men basically just throw them on the street , lobby , lift and public corridor (since i lived in an apartment). There are dirt on the back cushion, the frame .. basically everywhere, which i spend a decent time cleaning the mess up.
We ordered an outdoor setting in November and were advised it would be delivered in third week of January. A month later they ring to say they can't get the material/colour we ordered until March. We decided we wanted the setting to enjoy in Summer so we agreed to change the colour - only to be told that because 'we changed the order' it would still be put back to mid February! The store people are nice and helpful enough, but blame the 'production people' who they say they have no control over - hold on - it's the same company isn't it? Th...e strategy seems to be take the order, get the payment then work out what product they've got left and deliver it when it suits them. If we'd been told about the availability issue back in November when the order was placed we wouldn't have gone ahead, but now just before Christmas our prospects of getting a suitable alternative at an early date are very slim. Very unhappy King.
Uncomfortable waste of money
I purchased a King furniture lounge the Concerto. Costing over $7000, my expectations were high. I chose the lounge from the show room that was really comfortable with deep cushioning. The seating on the lounge in the show room had memory foam overlay that made the seating soft. The lounge I received though is nothing close to what I sat on in the show room. The seating is hard and uncomfortable. There is no evidence of the memory foam overlay (but I cannot check as you cannot remove the seat cushion covers).
In addition to the lounge bein...

Great Customer Service Poor Quality/Quality Control
Ordered king cloud sofa and 2 king cloud arm chairs true touch leather Dec. 2014. Waited the 10 weeks for delivery - delivery guys very attentive and helpful. Day one 3 of the 4 reclining mechanisms failed, totally shocked that something of this expense and supposed quality would fail. Customer service sent out engineer who admitted that he couldn't repair the problem. I can't fault King's customer service, they were more than helpful and offered to replace everything new. I accepted the offer and they left me with the original sofa and chairs ...while the new one was made. 10 weeks later new sofas and chairs were delivered. The sofa was installed first and the mechanism failed before the delivery guys had even unpacked the other chairs. I refused delivery and customer service were very apologetic and assured me that they would examine everything when they got it back to their store. 2 weeks later customer service called to say that they had found the fault and delivery was again arranged. This has been in my home now for aprox. 3 months and once again one of the mechanisms has failed. There are 3 adults in my household - no children and this furniture has been treated with the utmost care. I just can't believe that this fault persists. Needles to say I have lost all confidence with King Furniture - if I am having these problems after 3 months what might I expect several years down the track. King Furniture have offered a full refund which I have gladly accepted. Loved the style and idea of the King Cloud 2 and the true touch leather is second to none but the quality of the product is questionable. Never again!!!
Questions & Answers
Recently purchased 2 Leon recliners. Had them for 12 days. They are so firm to sit on that my husband just has to get up out of it after an hour. It actually hurts. Please tell me they will soften. I’m so concerned after spending so much on them. My previous ones were super comfy and we only replaced them for aesthetics. Very anxious. Thanks.

Thank you for your question. The Leon Armchair Recliner does have King Living’s Posturflex® Seating System for strength and support. If you still feel uncomfortable, please contact our After Sale & Customer Care Team
Phone 1300 135 464 Email: email@example.com, and they will be able to have a look and advise.
Hi Beats L yes they do soften but not quickly. Maybe your husband can put something down on the sofa until it does. The springs in the sofas are there for support so maybe after a very soft sofa his body may be resistant to this support right now
