My wife and visited the Annandale showroom. Our Sales Consultant Soo King was very helpful advising on our sofa and armchair purchase. She was very knowledgeable with fabric types and matching colour schemes. We were in a rush, but Soo managed to provide a very efficient service and clear expectations on delivery times, etc
Purchase of lounge
Happy with lounge but disappointed that the colour range was reduced from last year. Store had the configuration we were after. Lighting was a bit dim. Sales staff very good
Great Customer Service
Jackie was very pleasant to deal with and knew her product well.
SHe made it alot easier to understand what options were available to us which was very helpful. We have always bought our lounges from King Furniture in CHatswood.
Easy to navigate however my husband missed a step when looking at Delta III plus range and tumbled over. Customer service with Sharon was good and she very patient and helpful. However free gift for completing would also be great incentive as we spent nearly 9,000 on lounge today. Josephine and Bernard

Originally it was inconvenient as we come to store and was not able to enter due to Covid.
We made the appointment and were given right level of attention, during our third visit or second appointment we were give further explanation and other options were explored, that were great.
The furniture is fine
King furniture has a reputation, therefore it was an easy decision to make and I bought a lounge set. But I was disappointed as the rods rusted within 10 months or atleast I realised it within 10 months of the delivery. King furniture was quick to acknowledge and has now replaced the covers and rods free of charge. The service, delivery people were wonderful.. that is your saviour, King furniture! The guys who came to replace the covers and rods were responsible, helpful and polite. They reassured me about the product and my purchase.
The store was relaxed and the displays were well laid out. Carol Luciani was excellent - knowledgeable, informative and professional. Carol made it an easy and happy shopping experience and we will be back for more in the future. Val K

An experience with King Living
The sales assistant, Mr. Jason Ma was helpful and was able to provide professional advice during my selection of a TV unit. After I placed the order for the product, he followed up closely on the delivery date and keep me informed of any changes. Working with Jason was a happy experience.
As for the TV unit, it fitted perfectly in my lounge and the colour matches well with my other furniture.
Installing cushion covers

Excellent after-sales service
As there were some creases in the new leather furniture when delivered, we requested KingLiving to rectify. The response from the Chatswood store and KingDelivery was understanding and prompt. A service appointment was scheduled within a matter of days. Neil, the service technician, was very knowledgeable and experienced and did an excellent job in addressing the issues. A very positive after-sales experience.

Questions & Answers
Recently purchased 2 Leon recliners. Had them for 12 days. They are so firm to sit on that my husband just has to get up out of it after an hour. It actually hurts. Please tell me they will soften. I’m so concerned after spending so much on them. My previous ones were super comfy and we only replaced them for aesthetics. Very anxious. Thanks.

Hi Beats L yes they do soften but not quickly. Maybe your husband can put something down on the sofa until it does. The springs in the sofas are there for support so maybe after a very soft sofa his body may be resistant to this support right now
