All I can say the whole process from our meeting in the showroom , dealing with the design team and all the different trades that came to our house was a class act and the end product was fantastic.

Frank from Capalaba job number CA03622 was great with the design.So happy with our new kitchen. Our installer kane did an out standing job and his work was very tidy. Mathew was also great with outstanding communication.

Highly recommend this company. From start to finish communication and tradies were professional and polite. They were willingly helpful through any changes I wanted. Very happy with the outcome. The designer spent 6 hours with us initially and kept up communication when required. The tradies are a little pricey but for the convenience of them being organised by KC they just touch base with you the day before their allocated day.

The process worked due to the great work from the kitchen designer. The process takes time, however the outstanding finishes and workable areas make it worth it.
The best part of the process was that I didn’t have to organise all the trades. Kitchen Connection did all this for me at a fair price.
My disasterous experience with Kitchen Connection
This review is costing me $2,825.40! Because I refused to sign the Kitchen Connections Refund Deed, to get my holding payment returned due to the KWB Group’s incompetence and bullying practices. To get my holding payment back, I need to sign their Refund Deed, which is basically a gag order: This is what it says “The Customer agrees to delete any existing reviews or comments made on social media and product review websites, and to refrain from republishing the Posts or publishing any new Posts from the date of this Deed.” This apparently their...standard customer refund form! Please be aware of this company! They are silencing peoples reviews this way, to increase their review stars. Yes it would have been easilier to sign the Deed but I felt people need to know of Kitchen Connections dishonorable business practices. Just so you know, when the inhome design consultant comes to your home, they are there for hours, mine was 6 hours. Then they have you pay the holding payment amount to secure the 50% off cabinets before you even have the contract to sign. The company I am now using to do my kitchen, came out and did the design in less than 2 hours and asked for no holding payment! The company I am now using, emails you the contract to read and sign prior to any deposit being made and their contract is so accurate. They also inform you of your consumer rights. NOT Kitchen Connections! There is no real 50% off cabinets, it states this in the contract but really it comes to the same amount as other companies, I know because the company I am now using, quoted for the same price and is giving me everything I am wanting and more, including the kitchen bench that Kitchen Connection would not install for me. After having the inhome design consultant come out, I had to meet him again to finalize the design and that was at the end of 2020. I was told that the scheduling team would conntact me within 3 days. Throughout January 2021 no one from the scheduling team contacted me, so I rang the Store Manager twice and asked what was happening and was told he would follow it up. No one called, so on the 22nd of January I texted the Store Manager and was told once again he would follow it up and if no one had contacted me by Monday to call him. No one called me and I just gave up. I walked into the store in early May, as still I had not been contacted and asked to get my holding payment back, as this company was not adhering to their word or contract and is obviously incompetent. After being accused of blocking the scheduling teams phone number, I offered my phone to show I had NOT blocked the number and to show I had no missed calls from them, they refused to look at my phone but still accused me. The matter was escalated to the Regional Sales Manager, whom gaslighted and bullied me and said I would not get the refund back. So, I then brought the matter to QCAT and the day Kitchen Connections received the forms from QCAT, I get a call from the Store Manager explaining that he was under the impression that the refund had been made and apologized and said he would send me a refund form to sign. That was Friday, I had not received it by Monday, so I texted him and with the hour I had the Refund Deed. When my husband and I had read the Deed, we agree NOT to sign the gag order. I believe the public has a right to know what they are doing. I have seen reviews be removed and I am sure the people signed similar paper work to silence them. I had been told of other people feeling pressured to sign on the day and then next day asking to get a refund and being refused. So now you had been advised, make your own decision. I will not be silenced. So now we are proceeding with QCAT.
I had a rough idea in my head how I wanted the kitchen, and couldn't be more happy with the result. From the first consultation and planning, through to the install, all went extremely smooth. Dave did a great job with the install, and was able to make adjustments with no problems.
Next will be a wardrobe fitout..
Our Kitchen Renovation has transformed our lives !!! LOVE MY NEW KITCHEN. They are the best people to deal with.
What started out wanting a new window turn into a full kitchen renovation. We had a very dark kitchen with simple cupboards so we decided to have a total replacement also added a new window splash back and now it's bright with a window looking out into the pool area with natural light. Have all my sauces tucked away in beautiful glass drawers. No more sauces on my counter top anymore. Clutter free space on all surfaces, now that there is a place to store all my sauces. From design to delivery and installation. It went so very smoothly. It has b...een the best renovation experience I've ever had and will definitely use Kitchen Connections again for future projects. Will highly recommend to anyone wanting a new kitchen. It has transformed into a beautiful calm and tranquil kitchen. Utilising 100% of the space available by having all drawers on the Island and under the counters. We had far more storage now as we can also can access everything we had but it was stuck in the back and didn't get to use such as the nice tea set I had as it was too difficult to pull out of the cupboard before. We went for the touch close top cupboard doors as we are too short to reach to close them but also very convenient. We had best Kitchen Connection team to work with along side our builder Lux Construction. Thank you to the wonderful Helensvale team and we are very grateful to have our dream kitchen. Just in time for Christmas 2020.
I purchased my new apartment and had issues with trades and decided to check out Kitchen Connections in Windsor, Brisbane. This was by far the best decision I made. Mark, Glenn, Steve, Scott and Leighton all trades and staff helped make my renovation and kitchen come true. Highly recommended and looking forward to using them again on my next project.

Great experience with kitchen connection and everything worked out fabulously. Brooke did our cabinet installation and was extremely meticulous with everything. In fact, all the tradies recommended by kitchen connection did a great Job! It was reassuring to have everything looked after by Tom, who coordinated everything for us including all the appliances. :)
Good Installation with Frequent Checkpoints with Customer - AY10509-01
We had our kitchen replaced entirely. There were a number of challenges through the process of design , pricing and then installation - not the least of which was sourcing equipment during COVID-19 , but Mark our customer support manager kept in constant touch and between us we found a away through them. There was no 'sell and forget it' approach.

Install completed ahead of schedule; all tradies were super friendly, timely, organised and worked around our sparky, plumber and 6 month old puppy that likes to jump on everyone and 4 year old that likes to talk to everyone. :) Highly recommended.

I Love my new kitchen
My design brief was that my new kitchen had to be as cheap as possible, as my husband and I are pensioners... Well, everyone delivered a wonderful kitchen, and helped to arrange a split payment for interest free repayments. In the showroom we felt like royalty, and even had a Christmas bon-bon with a special prize, that helped me obtain a free oven. Couldn’t be happier. Although there was a wait time due to volume of business, it was worth the wait. There were a couple of procedural hiccups towards the end, but these were dealt with quickly and...efficiently. I am extremely happy with my kitchen, and would recommend Kitchen Connection to everyone considering a new kitchen. Also it is Australian Made ... very important these days. Lived up to expectations.
Kitchen Connection service was helpful & professional from the people at the Showroom, the Designer, the measure up, and all the tradespeople. Our Carpenter Ben was friendly and did a great job with the Kitchen fitting. There were a couple of small issues but they were sorted out with no problems or arguments. We are so happy with the quality, the finish, and functionality of our new Kitchen.

Our New Kitchen Is Amazing!
I cannot rate Kitchen Connection highly enough - 5 stars is simply not sufficient!! The whole process of our kitchen renovation, from the moment we walked at random through the door of the showroom, with no appointment, and spoke to an assistant in very broad terms of what we were looking to achieve, to the final completion and sign-off, KC were completely professional and 100% committed to the project. All KC staff we spoke to, from the showroom assistants to the designer and Customer Service Manager, were friendly and extremely knowledgeabl...e and willing to help in any way. All the tradies were excellent too, turned up on time as per the schedule, and were highly skilled and efficient. This was our first kitchen renovation ever (we have lived in our current home for over 30 years, and had rented prior to that), and we are so glad we chose Kitchen Connection. The result is amazing and we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Brilliant work by the whole team!!! Thank you so much.

What is the cooling off period after signing the contract for a new kitchen?
Are there any clients of 'Kitchen Connection' who had purchased the Blum Soft Close Blue Motion Drawers and are experiencing issues with the draws not always closing properly despite numerous attempts with adjustments by 'Kitchen Connection'? 'Kitchen Connection' installed the 30kg version of the drawer slide, we think they should have installed the 65kg version Blum Soft Close Blue Motion Drawer-slide for the size of the draws that we had purchased. We believe that the weight of the items [steel pots and heavy glassware], may require a stronger drawer slide. We have 17 draws... 11 of the 17 are working fine, 6 of the 17 are problematic.
This question is aimed simply to gauge how many other clients are having similar problems.
Hi David. Thanks for your prompt response. Fortunately, or unfortunately, it is not the Blum Draw Slider per se that is at fault. If the 6 drawers were empty or half-full, the mechanism works as it should. The issue with the loaded drawers had been reported to Kitchen Connection almost straight after the kitchen was installed and twice thereafter following 2 x site service visits. I've also gone in personally to the branch in Maroochydore, was promised in vain that someone would come out. You may go back to your records to concur. Even then, we suggested that Kitchen Connection consider the 65kg version in place of the 30kg of Blum's product. I will admit that I am not an expert, it just seems logical to deduce that it appears to be a weight problem as the drawers work when empty. I must stress, I am not in any way looking for a hand-out or freebee. Even now, I am willing to pay the difference between the 30kg and 65kg versions if that is what is required. All I am after is a working solution. These drawers never worked as they should from get-go.
David, to recall. We have 17 draws. 11 are working as it should. 6 are not. The 11 all have lengths between 85cm to 93cm. The 6 problematic draws are all approximately 120cm in length.

I signed up for a new kitchen last week. I would like to change the sink and rangehood, I have emailed the showroom over a week ago but no response. Is it possible to change these appliances and how can I get this changed in the contract?
