Robotic Staff.
I was looking for a plastic sieve to use for making Kefir in September 2018. I looked on line and saw that they had this item. I went to purchase and their were none in stock, so I went to Midland and they too had none in stock even though both stores were supposed to have the item. I asked when they would be back in stock and I was advised that I would be sent an email when they were available again. After 10 months away, I still hadn't received an email. , so purchased one for me. Unfortunately she bought one that was too big, and couldn't find the receipt in her bag when I asked her for it. ( She had bought numerous items). I returned to the store and tried to exchange it for a smaller cheaper one 2 days later explaining the circumstances and the staff point blank refused without proof of purchase. It was obvious that the item was from their store, but they were adamant that they could not help me. This made me feel like they thought I had stolen the sieve and was an example of staff not making poor decisions in relation to PR and showing goodwill. I will not be returning to Kitchen Warehouse1 comment

Not Click and collect
Put an order in this morning at 8.30 am at the store close to work online making sure all was in stock, spent $240, about 1pm one of my work colleagues was going down to the post office so i asked if on her way back she would collect my order, i called the store and they said it was not in yet and i explained that i made sure that the goods i wanted to purchase were in store, they proceeded to tell me that regardless if the goods are in store we have to wait for the order to come in. they decided to give her the goods. I checked my order and found that i had ordered 2 x thermos Insulated bottles that were for cold drinks. When i finish work at i thought i would take them back and change them for the hot thermos flask and the lady said, oh we did you a favour you will have to wait until your goods come in to change them. So now i have to wait until they call me when the goods come in and go back AGAIN. NOT CLICK AND COLLECT AT ALL IS IT.1 comment
