Very disappointed customer
I purchased a pyrolux frying pan and kitchen warehouse will not replace this defective item. They referred to suppliers who incorrectly stated I have used this pan on high heat ( I have not ever) pan is less than 12 months old and so called non stick surface is rippling and broken.
I will not ever buy from kitchen warehouse again
Will deny warranty claims. Not recommended.
We purchased a Scanpan approximately 1 year ago, and it has lost its coating and gone rusty. The warranty claim was denied based on how the pan was washed, even though we have various other older and significantly cheaper pans that been used and cleaned the same way and even a 5+ year old Scanpan which is still in excellent condition.
Don't trust them to honor warranty claims. Very disappointed.
Will not help with logistic
Liaising with Australia Post to arrange a delivery was too much trouble for support. Disappointed in their lack of support.
I ordered the small moka pot it said 1 cup
I assume like most people it would be 1 cup. 250ml
i received a tiny coffee pot of half the size
so i requested to return it .
but later realised before returning it- i actually shouldn't pay for the postage since it was not my error.
it was their incorrect listing information!
If it was specific and clear - saying 120ml i would not have purchased it.
now they wont send me item i ordered nor will they give me free postage to return it.
my order was a total of 120.00 so this was not my only item.
very very petty company to deal with.
Salt and Pepper Winston Jug $24.95 Do Not Buy.
Bought four of these jugs for Christmas presents, great price, great looking jug. Problem is when you pour out- the liquid spills everywhere. So if you want a jug don't buy this one. Two of the jugs went to sisters in the country, due to the cost of return postage they decided to keep the jug and use as a vase. Took other 2 back to Kitchen Warehouse, lady was reluctant to give full refund until I informed her of my consumer rights.
Advised her to take the product off the shelve and inform head office of the design fault.
BEWARE. Product description said Made in Germany but actually was CHINA then NO REPLACEMENT offered.
It's four days to Christmas and I open the box from Kitchen Warehouse to wrap gifts when I discover that the knife block set is actually made in CHINA not Germany as it said on the Kitchen Warehouse website. I write an email and am told they'll offer me 25% refund or I should just return the product. It's four days to Christmas and I'm stuck in a lurch with no gift. No, I do not want to pay for Chinese knives at all and I also don't want to be stuck without a gift. So over the weekend I wrote back and said they should make it right, just send t...he next knife block set up - it doesn't need to look the same though that would be nice - it just needs to be made somewhere besides China. No answer. Call three times. On the third call the customer service person laughs at me. This company will be swallowed whole by Amazon and the like.
Faulty product, still no replacement, no refund 2 months later.
I have purchased a $120 sodastream from kitchenwarehouse. The one that arrived is faulty. No worries, it happens.
However it's proving impossible to return the faulty item. I have called about getting a replacement, wait on hold... finally get through and they said to email and that they would send me instructions for return.
I emailed they ask for a video of 'proof' that it is faulty.
I email the video but it bounces back because their server will not accept a video file!
Online retail = make returns simple guys. This is a waste of my time.

Shocking customer service!
Received Pyrochef cast iron pot with lid that did not fit, had to send It back and was not even credited $ 44 dollars return shipping, shocking customer service! Would never use again
Bad customer service
Extremely disappointed with customer service at the Middleborough Rd store. Argumentative and do not want to listen to the customer. So you lose your receipt and not even consideration for an exchange when they clearly sell the product. I’m taking about something worth $19.95. Seriously it can’t be that hard.
Terrible customer service
Requested return on purchased products and advised out of pocket expenses of $80postage fee for $80 worth of products was at my own expense. Customer service addresses issue by recommending I travel 90 min to c loser store to return products to save on postage?????
I was looking for a plastic sieve to use for making Kefir in September 2018. I looked on line and saw that they had this item. I went to purchase and their were none in stock, so I went to Midland and they too had none in stock even though both stores were supposed to have the item. I asked when they would be back in stock and I was advised that I would be sent an email when they were available again. After 10 months away, I still hadn't received an email. My friend went to the store on Tuesday 27th August and saw that they were back in stock..., so purchased one for me. Unfortunately she bought one that was too big, and couldn't find the receipt in her bag when I asked her for it. ( She had bought numerous items). I returned to the store and tried to exchange it for a smaller cheaper one 2 days later explaining the circumstances and the staff point blank refused without proof of purchase. It was obvious that the item was from their store, but they were adamant that they could not help me. This made me feel like they thought I had stolen the sieve and was an example of staff not making poor decisions in relation to PR and showing goodwill. I will not be returning to Kitchen Warehouse
