Looks great, but teat lets it down
This has the potential is to be a great bottle, but like the other review we had trouble getting our baby to latch. I was tempted to give 2 stars, however with a different flow teat we may have had a different experience.
The problem with this product might be the shape of the teat which is stubby and does not allow the baby to take enough of the teat into the mouth, or it could also be that the teat has a very slow flow. I would advise getting the medium or fast teat and steering clear of the slow flow teat
We do like the stainless steel as it can heat and cool faster, and is easy to clean. Will try a faster teat and report back.
Very well made stainless steel bottle...but,read on!
I recently decided to switch to stainless bottles as i just got sick of having to buy new ones, especially as BPA freee plasts really soft and scratches and retains smells easily. I had tried Organic kidz bottles before these and found them pretty gut not perfect so decided to give these a go. I like these as the shape is great, they are very well made and designed bottle.I like that the cap seals the teat perfectly. But they dont take other teats, only the kleen Kanteen ones and my daughter finds it near impossible to get a good latch on.They a...re really wide and hard with a short stubby teat part. Also i cant see anywhere you can buy spare rings or caps and the company dont make a sippy attachment to prolong the bottles life, kind of defeats the purpose of stainless steel! I gave it 4stars as if your baby liked the teat though they would be a pretty good bottle, but i find PURA KIKI are much more versatile as can turn them into a sippy then a water bottle and they take all wide neck sippy and teat attachments. They also have no plastic parts. The shape, good to hold, cap seals teat, teat vents well Doesn't take other brand teats,no sippy attachment or parts eg rings/caps]available
