I can not fault this booking service. I have used them to book activities in Singapore, Queensland, USA, Thailand and Europe and I can not fault them. Their customer service is brilliant. I was overseas and my daughter was injured. We had a medical certificate that we could not attend an activity. They gave us a full refund quickly and simply. 10/10 every time!!

This is such a great site. It has tourist only discounts. So convenient to have tickets ready before we fly.

It is an excellent platform for tourists to book all activities and transport, even accommodation. I love their easy cancellations as well, although some cases might need more time.

the process for booking the trains was easy. even with booking fee, the discount made it cheaper than booking direct.

Waited 5 hours whilst at work for a response to query. Was fed back copy cut from website, which i was asking for clarification on in the first place, because it isn't clear at all and contradictory to other organizations selling the same products

I just booked a rental car in France (with Europcar) using Klook. Compulsory to pay a deposit of $38. The minute I paid I received an email stating booking was cancelled and that I would receive a refund within 30days. I contacted Klook via messaging, waiting in queue for over an hour. Finally, after prodding they admitted that there were no cars left, so the booking had been immediately cancelled. Yet they still took the deposit money! Afterwards I checked their site again - they were still advertising that car as available. Unimpressed.

App, website were all worked well, but I made a mistake as the first time user. The layout can take a bit time to get use to for Aussie user. Also the "Experience Specialists" was slow on response.
However, once again, app and website worked well, and did not cost me - so far - for my mistake. Happy experience overall.

Beware. Airport transfer booking for Bali. Thought we'd try another transfer service this time. Inserted flight number and date, paid the money to Klook and the booking confirmation delivered a booking for a wrong time and future date. Immediately contacted Klook through their chat system and agent just provided a canned (procedural) response advising cancel booking and obtain refund and re-book then no reply to extra questions. Booking confirmation indicates no changes and no refunds. Beware. Choose a reputable company with real customer service to backup when the little things go wrong. Suggest don't waste time and money with Klook.

Just stumbled across this portal but it offers great options. But wish it had paypal or afterpay for booking from Australia (it is unclear what the other payment methods are).
