Value for money
I use the earphones for running and during daily commute. The sound clarity is ok and surprisingly the bass is actually quite good. It lets out four intermittent beeps to inform you of low battery before shutting down. Overall it is value for money.
My quest for cheap, good walk & talk headphones
Having tried and discarded many headphones, the Neckband seems to meet my criteria well. The weight of the electronics is in the neckband section, so the earpiece cords aren't being pulled down, avoiding breakage & being pulled out of my ears. Cheap enough to not overly worry about using or losing. Sound quality better than expected - even acceptable for music (not great, but I have good, heavier headphones for that use) and voice is clear, both ways according to a friend who I called to test on. I suspect that wind will be an issue, but at ju...st $17.00, I am not expecting difficult conditions to be solved. Bonus discovery, the buds clip together magnetically when not in use, so they sit neatly in front of me, instead of swinging around the place. Update: have owned a few months now... a winner; no wind noise issues; still love them; they live around my neck, so I am getting a spare pair in case they go off the market.
Questions & Answers
How to use this headphone?
Charge it up. Place buds in ears. Press & hold middle button of the 3 on the side until a voice says "Power on. Pairing." With bluetooth turned on on your phone (or other device), and in Pairing Mode (it should show "searching") look for the headphones to list (KM .....). Select Pair. The voice should say "Connected successfully." After that first pairing they will connect automatically when turned on (as long as the device has BT turned on also).
