Not a great heater
The model Kmart sells looks slightly different now.
I returned the Kmart $29 convention heater and purchased this heater specifically because it stated noiseless operation. Whilst I can confirm it runs quietly even with the fan on, the heat it generated was pitiful. Even running on max heat. The air the tiny fan blows out becomes cold about 10 cm away from the unit. The fan is located on the narrow edge of the heater which would typically not be facing out into a room.
The $29 Kmart Anko heater was much more effective at heating the room, plus...the fan is located in a better position and higher up. Although the fan on the $29 heater is not as quiet as this $59 heater, it actually helps to heat the room. I will be returning this $59 heater and swapping back the $29 until i find a better one. I wish you could try these in store and not have to buy and return them!
Purchased in June 2021 at Kmart Retail Stores for $59.00.
Questions & Answers
the heater is perfectly working but I have lost the remote. Is that possible to buy a remote separately
We have lost the remote and have to program the heat level on the heater itself. When I press the heat button up it registers 25, but then it doesn't heat up past 18/19. How can I get it to go higher than that without the remote?
