Do I need home wifi or can I use my Android somehow?
I have two of these cameras and they have been great but recently both went ‘offline’. I have followed the instructions to remove the device from my Genio app but cannot add them back as they will not reset (we have tried and tried!)

Yes u just log in to the app using same lig in details you did to connect it initially and u can view n access off another phone
You can install the Mirabella app and use the same login details for three to three other phone devices. Works with my Mother's phone, my phone and dad's phone using the same login details.
After resetting my camera, the surveillance area no longer stays where I want it and resets all the time. How can I fix this?

I can’t pair it with the router or phone went to reset it and the eye of the camera has moved down so the reset button and sd card isn’t showing are hidden unable to reset

Sorry I gave not purchased the product yet, a friend told me they set it up without wifi, but from what I have seen from videos you must have hone wifi, example nbn or wifi bix as such, I am not set up for that.

Hi can more than 1 phone be connected at the same time? We tried 2 phones & one stopped working & I had to reconnect it again with the full set up.
3 out of my 5 cameras have disconnected and will not reconnect. Nothing I do is working. I’ve reset, turned off at the power, deleted them from my home management.

If you message the company they are very helpful and have stepped me through a few things. If no joy I’d return it as faulty. I have 5 and am pretty happy
