Perfect Shopping Experience
Shopping online with KMart online is a breeze,especially if one is looking for a product that is sold out in the local KMart stores. Easy to see online exactly what you are buying/paying for. Delivery is usually very prompt. Updates on status of order,delivery, are very speedy.

Sent a damaged item + failed to provide a refund.
I recently bought 2 items from kmart. Both boxes arrived sopping wet from Australia post and one bookshelf was heavily damaged. It literally looked like a display item or a return from another customer. There were chips all along the separate parts alongside rust stains and other weird imperfections. The item wasnt usable at all.
I sent a complaint to kmart and was told id receive a refund within 5 business days. Of course this didnt happen. I contacted them again and was advised they're experiencing delays with refunds and to wait another 5-7 business days.
I literally feel like i was scammed. And i doubt i will ever see this refund. After this experience i wont trust kmarts online store again.
No Customer Service from Kmart
No support for customers and Kmart has already taken your money!
Kmart continue to use Allied Express as their delivery service vendor.
Allied Express continually fail to deliver services and have a long history of failing customers who are forced to wait several weeks for basic parcel delivery.
Allied Express Chullora customer service are rude and laugh at customers who are distressed.
When contacting Kmart customer service for assistance, the team continuously send emails with a tracking number and wash their hands of the issue.
Lack of refund and slow shipping
I ordered a few small items and a rug. The small items were over $65 and would have been free delivery. The rug delivery was $36 as it's a big item, which is fair enough. The rug was apparently out of stock so got refunded but the shipping didn't. It's been over 3 weeks and still haven't received anything! So I paid $36 delivery for a few small items that I'm not sure I'm even going to receive. The only reason I ordered online was because the rug was not available in store.
Also to add, I'm not in a remote area!
Cant even get back on to the shopping site
Online jumps about everywhere trying to put mt email and password... dosent work.. tried to change password. Wont key me see what I'm typing then wont let me fix my password. Only will keep trying cause I want one thing... and no click and collect at narellan... you will lose lots of customers...
Worst website ever
Sluggish , slow website tried on numerous occasions , will not bother anymore, I have used many others so it's not lack of experience .

Why don't the manager's of all stores change the Description on covid9 restrictions on all kmart websites so people know your closed" it's bloody confusing when it's saying some stores are open some are not but your all closed but says open idiots of management. And to click and collect your been tight [Word Removed] saying it has to be more than $20 or you charge a fee
Can't redeem coles gift card online...?
You know how long it takes to get through a kmart online purchase...so imagine the fun of realising you can't use a gift card in the checkout process. How, during this pandemic, would this be considered good customer service or even smart business?
A great shame for Kmart! Kmart does not look after the customers at all! I put an order on 26/ June 2021 and did not receive it on time . I called Kmart customer service, I was told the refund request would be issued and Kmart would contact the courier company “couriers please” not to deliver the parcel. Couple of days later I contacted kmart again and they said it is processing and I would receive it soon, on 9/July when I came from work I saw a notice from the “courier please “ that they tried to deliver the parcel since I was not at home I ...have to rearrange it! I was shocked. I truly doubt if Kmart has communicated with the worst courier “couriers please” or not , but I was still waiting for the refund. Today , I called Kmart and I was told that the refund had been cancelled since the courier is trying to deliver the parcel!. What are you doing Kmart?!?! The courier company (courier please” humiliates the customers by postponing the delivery and it is because of Kmart. They know Kmart does not pay any attention to the customers. It is a shame , after 2 times confirmation from Kmart that the refund is processing I have already bought something. Now, I was told to wait for the case to be escalated and they tell me why the refund has been cancelled. Nearly 20 days waiting and nothing. Kmart is not looking after the customers at all ! Kmart , please stop it and do your job properly.
Without a doubt, one of the worst online shopping experiences out there.
For a company making billions a year, you'd think they, at the very least, would make their website decently functional. Not to mention the fact that it is very much a lucky draw when it comes to products, as you'll find out at checkout. They are not willing to ship products from multiple stores to provide the entire order to the customers. And if you try to remove these items from your cart...well, good luck. You may want to spare a couple hours for this part.
No stock at check out
They need to change their algorithms or warehousing process. After spending 45 minutes finding items to reach the free shipping limit I find at check out that the item I came to buy is out of stock along with 3 others I chose to get free shipping. I wait a while longer and refresh and some items become available while different items are out of stock. It drives me crazy.
Update: in the end I opened Kmart in safari (I had been using the google app) and put the same items into the cart. However only 1 item was not available on safari (pink pant...s). I refreshed the cart on google but 3 items were still not available in the google cart. Totally perplexed!! I removed the pink pants from the google cart but they were still not avail for the safari cart. In the end I paid for the safari cart. Kmart online is just random. I guess it’s cheap.
Used to love Kmart. Now $(&+!!
Truly. I used to love shopping online at Kmart. I always thought postage was reasonable until the other day when I went to purchase a video peephole, queen size bed frame, and a 2 seat sofa. Obviously the latter two require assembly. Yet totalling around $240, shipping was going to be around the $420 mark! Really. No one in their right mind would pay that. I live along the coast south of rockhampton. Postage of any item has never been this. Not even ordering a 3 seat sofa on eBay was leas than a quarter of this. Bloody ridiculous Kmart. Where i...s your head at. You offer these fantastic low priced furniture and homewares ay awesome prices yet no click and collect being online only, and absolutely ridiculous postage charges. Love to hear an explanation on this one! Because after that I'm thinking of shopping elsewhere. Kind of feels like a scam to me. Cheap furniture but profits made from postage. Tisk tisk. :(
Items in cart available until you get to checkout
So so so frustrating. I can't believe this website problem is still happening?
Maybe it's some kind of marketing strategy they use, get the customer to spend ages filling up their cart with available items and then suddenly mark the only item they really needed as NOT AVAILABLE ONLINE once they're at checkout?
Is this an IT problem or a sneaky strategy to get more sales? Either way, it's bloody frustrating, a massive waste of my time. Surely consumer watchdog should look into this.
Fairly poor online service
Online delivery is slowwwwww. It says in the email they send you regarding your order they’ll send you tracking details within 24 hours. Within. Hahaha. More like 4 days or so. Cos that’s when the order will be shipped from wherever in the country it decides to send one of the many parts each order you make is made up of. Also frequently things are unavailable online. Like maybe 10-15%, which doesn’t sound like much but that is actually quite high. Cos you can’t pick for example 5-6 things without at least one of them being unavailable. It’s ju...st poor management. It’s a shame cos in general, apart from this I love kmart. Good quality at a great price and they’re always my first stop/go to for the stuff I need. I guess that’s the sacrifice for the low prices
Stupidest online ordering system every
Kmart doesn't have a warehouse where it packs and dispatches online orders from. They are picked, packed and sent from individual stores. Sometimes an order with multiple items, will come from multiple different stores. So why the hell are things 'SOLD OUT ONLINE' but when I check if they are in store, multiple stores have the item??!! Just ship it like any other product!!
Also, it allows you to add things to your cart for click and collect, claiming that a particular store has it in stock, but once you get to the check out 'Out of stock'... so frustrating!
