Excellent, Fast Service
I have been purchasing online with Kmart for a few years as we live far from an actual store. At no time, have we experienced any problems. The packaging is excellent for any fragile items; very quick delivery (COVID not the company fault); staff fantastic if there is a return; super convenient way of shopping.
TWO month's still nothing, customer service even said "you won't get your order"
Still waiting for my order 2 months later, after 5th phone call the operator said "you won't be getting your order, KMART has a policy to just string customer's along in the hope they can fulfill the order eventually. Kmart has by far the worse shipping ever and even their employee's know, basically don't order online they have zero respect or care for customer's.
Kmart needs to care for the planet!
I love kmart, prices and quality is awesome but kmarts care for the environment is not ok. Tiny little items are delivered in a huge box. It's damaging to our planet. I think that some adjustments need to be made. This has been happening for yrs now and with our planet in danger it needs to be amended asap

No more Kmart ever!
I have ordered a washing machine 2 weeks ago. But I need to cancel my order in few days ( I need to move my apartment). I called the customer service, I gave my order number and the guy was super nice. He said the Allied Express took the order but they will contact with them and tell to bring the item back. I asked him is that all, do I need to do anything else, he said all good I will get my refund in a few days. So I waited a few days, I haven’t gotten any refund or email from Kmart but a message saying my “ order is on the day”. Delivery guy...s shoed up and I told them I have canceled my order so I don’t want the item take it back. They took it back. So I called the customer service and told them the situation they were nice again on the phone. The lady said it should be miscommunication, they should bring the item to them. I will get an email and refund soon. So I said it’s fine whatever. But what again! After a few days I got another message saying my order is on the way. So I called Kmart I said I got message You giys told me my order has been canceled and everything is fine. They even brought to my door and I sent it back but why are they bringing again!!! She said they might be bringing to them not me, if they bring me sent it back AGAIN. I told her I am not home. So she said if they leave it there call us we will arrange someone to pick up. So I hang up to phone, in a few 2 hour I got a message saying “my delivery has been delivered”. When I went to home it was no washing machine! Just because Kmart has back terrible logic system I had to lose $500!!? And it’s a order I canceled, they have confirmed it has been canceled! Luckily I have the record of all conversations. They better do return because she said without the item they can’t do return!!!! And look at this signature! Where is the picture of the item if they delivered!? I have been customer of Kmart, I always buy from the store, online is the worst experience I have ever had. I won’t even go to the store again. Big disappointment! Useless customer service.
An absolute joke to deal with
I ordered 2 items online, 1 I had received within 2 days of purchase it's now 10 days and the other item has still not been shipped, I called online customer service and got nothing but attitude from the guy and zero answer as to what is happening with the rest of my order

Purchased a 4 level racking from them on the 5th of March. It has been 3 weeks with no change on when the item will be picked up. Terrible courier aswell so major delays or orders not even being conducted.
DO NOT WASTE YOU TIME ONLINE, only buy in store as these guys will take the money and forget about your order.
Kmart online is a big rip off to customers
Every time I purchase something online, they are quick to take the money. After waiting a few days Kmarts states that the item you order is out of stock and you will receive a refund in 5 to 10 days. The issue is the refund never comes, then they say to check your bank account, then everything is the banks' fault!!! This is fraud if you have a million people ordering the same item or any item say for example for $30 and no one receives a refund or the goods, then Kmart has just made $30 million dollars for nothing, and we the people are out of pocket. Kmart needs to be more accountable. I am over the scamming!!!

Really Really Badly Made
I purchased around $150 of these jars online and In store and the seals DO NOT stop moths and bugs getting in like others jars! Not only wasted money on the product but all of the contents I purchased to put in them!!
How can I leave reviews on their product on their website?
I am totally confused. The Kmart website have lots of reviews on their products. I am reading them as a lot and making decisions on which one to buy. Then I thought I could contribute myself to reviews but realised there is no way to leave reviews! I asked their customer service and they said I can go to their facebook to leave my review on Kmart itself. But it seems we cannot leave reviews on each products. Then whose reviews are they?? Kmart leave reviews on each product on their own website? Actually it is illegal. Would be great if anyone has an idea. In fact, most reviews are 4 or 5 stars out of 5 on each product on their website..... hm....

The worst online experience I have ever had - do not waste your time!
Let me preface my review by asking a rhetorical question.. isn't the point of being in business to a) make money & b) offer great customer service? Well Kmart offers neither. I spent four hours between 1am & 5am this morning compiling a very large order. I noticed items would be accepted into my cart & then 20 minutes later it would say "unavailable online". I would go back & ALL sizes would be available.. again, the cart would accept it, but then later it would say unavailable again. I kept having to go back & look for substitutes like it...suggested; only to go back into the cart to see that red cross again "unavailable online". Why do you offer substitutes to customers for items which claim to be available to purchase but then 10 minutes later it's not? So.. after hours, I finally got a decent amount in my cart. Went to check out using PayPal & the site wouldn't allow me to process it. I tried over & over again.. kept giving me a technical error. So I've logged out of Chrome & gone into Firefox.. opened up my cart & HALF MY ITEMS WERE UNAVAILABLE.. IN LESS THAN FIVE MINUTES! So once again, I had to look for substitutes. Another hour goes by & I check out.. PayPal works this time. Five minutes later I got a refund for one item.. & less than 12 hours later, I was told that most of my order wasn't available & had been cancelled! I rang customer service & spoke to a lady who was rude, barely spoke english & lied about where she was located. I then spoke to a young woman who said she was a manager, but she didn't seem to want to help me at all. She never apologized, she never took notes, she never offered to fix anything.. she just said, "this is the way it is, there's nothing you or I can do about it". Um, isn't that your job? So after asking why they spent less than 12 hours looking for my items before cancelling them, she kept giving me the same robotic response over & over.. "that's just how we do it". She tried to excuse it away by saying that there was ALL THESE PEOPLE online at 3am buying exactly what I wanted in the exact same size & that they were able to steal stuff out of my cart. No.. because the same item would still be available when I went back in & looked.. never showed low stock, never showed unavailable UNTIL THE CART. I asked "why don't you care about what I'm telling you.. that your site interface is awful.. that customers are wasting time ordering stuff that isn't available & you don't seem to care".. to which she finally admitted that MANY, MANY CUSTOMERS have given the exact same complaint & this is the kicker.. Kmart has done nothing to fix any of the issues! I then started laughing because that was exactly what I had been saying.. she then got upset & hung up on me because apparently me saying that she was providing me with "robotic" answers was calling her names (a robot.. lol). The interface to this site is archaic & NOT user friendly. Doing anything takes way too much time & the obvious.. you shouldn't be allowed to pay for items that are showing available but are not.. & you should spend more time trying to source those items from other stores & not just relying on a archaic computer system to cancel things without even trying alternatives. Look, I can accept in the current climate supply chain issues & even delivery issues due to the floods, but a supervisor responding to a frequent customer complaint with "oh well, that's just how it is, I can't do anything about it".. I'm sorry.. that person shouldn't be a supervisor. And this is another thing.. the average australian woman is a size 14-16.. why then do Kmart have racks & racks of size 8 & 10 & only order a few 16 or 18? How many years can customers complain that you don't stock enough larger sizes before you actually.. I don't know.... STOCK LARGER SIZES IN SUFFICIENT QUANTITY? And that includes shoes.. heaps of 6 & 7.. no 10 & 11's! If you have a demand & you are in business to make money, MEET THE DEMAND BY STOCKING MUCH LARGER QUANTITIES OF BIGGER SIZES!!!! Same with underwear & bras! I will never order from Kmart again, because they make ZERO EFFORT to find items.. it's done automatically THROUGH A COMPUTER. Now that IS robotic, is it not?
Waste of Time
Poorly designed website. Site is probably broken and not working. Not at all user friendly. Does not communicate the necessary info or indicate if anything is incorrect or missing. Have filled all "required" fields but it fails to proceed to payment. After entering card details, it says to click "PAY SECURELY NOW" button but THERE IS NO SUCH BUTTON on the site. ITS MISSING. Screen only has a BACK button. Just goes round and round. The Chatterbot is useless as well. Complete waste of time with this website.

Most stuff is always "not available online ",then in Townsville, a major northern city with army base, major university and hospitals etc is "remote delivery "!
They make it separate to your other orders so they can charge this.

Needed a cat scratch pole for our new cats, none available in nearby KMart stores, (difficult times for product delivery re covid) ordered in other store 10 k away, drove there that afternoon, collected product.

Terrible experience with online ordering
It's now the second time I order a product that shows online as available for click & collect, to be charged for the item but receive no confirmation. Then to find out after contacting customer service the product is not in stock. I understand this can happen, but reading comments here and having hands-on experience twice in a row tells me something is very wrong with their online concept.
Worst Online Ordering Service I've EVER Used
Ordered some stuff on March 2 2022. After four days of 'processing' I emailed the customer service people - the reply came saying to call them. I called 20 mins after the email was received only to be told that I MISSED the call back timeframe to resolve the issue. The order was apparently cancelled - even though it STILL appears in my account as processing.
Re-ordered the same stuff on March 8 only to have the same 'processing' message. Called them again the next day to be told that it was 'actually being processed'... Today - both orders are...
If I could give them NO stars I would
I placed an online order and opted for click and collect. I got my order number after paying, but never recieved the email. I spent about an hour choosing the items. I ordered an hour before 12pm, so that I could collect by 4pm. I ended up contacting Kmart via their website webchat. The conversation went for an hour because they are speaking to other ppl at the same time. At the end I was told that my order hadnt gone through, that I need to check my internet banking. Fine, if thats what happened. Poor service, but whatever. So i asked if they ...could please send me a list of what I ordered, and could ensure that I would be able to pick it up after 4pm today. They then said it wasnt possible. That was it. I wasted 2hrs of my life, and they done give a damn.

Do not waste your time with online only exclusive!
I placed an order on the 20/1/22 and still to this date 1/3 no one online from customer service has any idea where my order is or when it’ll arrive. I have tried contacting every week to find out what is happening to get the same response that they will contact the delivery company and get back to me. Never do they get back to me. I have no choice but to go to fair trading now because I’ve paid for goods that I have not received with no idea where they are or when they will arrive. Absolutely ridiculous
Click and collect
When ordered for a click and collect. I was advised my product was not available at the Blacktown store. I then I went to location and I found the product in store. It's run by teenagers.

Waiting 5 month for a product to come through…
Been over 5 months since I ordered ( 6 September 2021) a cube storage bench from Kmart… didn’t stress due to covid and Christmas deliveries… still no product.
No email from them giving me an update until I emailed.
Help me out for the inconvenience? No… I’ve been asked to reorder the product online….
Online customer service offered a refund - but i’m not sure how that will be processed without my details???
Suggested them organising the product to be available for me to pick up at a store close to me. Said that it can’t be done and to re order the product online.
Good prices and choices
Prices are very competitive and I found it easy to buy what I was looking for - kids stuff mostly - fast shipping
2 weeks ago Kmart Smithfield QLD advised me to go onto Kmart click and collect to pay for a bike. They said I could pick it up the next day. i went to the store to collect the bike and they made me pay for it a second time!!!! because they said I had ordered the bike with click and collect despite being told to do that with the store. The rep gave me a no and said to phone it. I phoned it but it was not staffed on a weekend. I complained to the manager before I left the store who advised me I wouldn't even need to contact Click and Collect. I w...ould be refunded on Monday. The Monday came and went and when I still hadn't received my goods on Tuesday I rang Click and Collect. An unhelpful rep advised that 2nd bike had been shipped despite what the Manager had told me. She advised me she could not refund me until she had contacted the freight company. I asked her to call the freight company and esculate my complaint. Instead of doing this.....She did nothing. Next day no response, contacted Kmart click and collect via message. Nothing was done. Last Friday a delivery person tried to deliver a 2nd bike. I refused the delivery and rang Kmart,who advised me I would be refunded yesterday. This didn't happen. I have just spent yet another 20 minutes with click and collect live who advised me the item is in transit. Maybe in another few days I might get my money! I have spent thousands of dollars at Kmart, and never in my life have been treated so badly. One oversight is acceptable, but every time is not. Not one of my complaints have been esculated. I have asked for an email address or to speak to a senior manager, I have put my complaints in writing. All have been ignored. Was horrendous customer service Kmart. It is not okay to steal from someone and then not return their money!!! Absolutely stressful and disgraceful!

They use the worst freight service to save a few cents
Bought an item from Kmart that they only sold online. Today I got an email saying it had been despatched with Allied Express together with a tracking id.
Went to the Allied Express site and they said they didn't have the goods. Kmart says it's fully despatched, Which is telling the lie?

Ongoing dysfunctional website. Terrible customer service. 4 different error codes in 4 attempts to pay all unresolved. Will shop elsewhere.
