Absolutely useless never have anything in stock
Why advertise your products if its not in stock?
You waste our time and even take our money only to refund it days if not weeks later.
This isn't a one or two time event, it's been happening for two years that I'm aware of..
You have no right to be in business... the amount of time I've wasted on your website is criminal.
No more than instant landfill
I used to quite enjoy K-Mart active wear (and also the T-shirts and underwear).
About 4 or 5 years ago I bought some tracksuit pants that I still have and that have washed well and kept their shape. Unfortunately I left a couple of them in Germany with my mum, when she went into hospital.
Since then I have been trying to replace them but for years they were not in the shops (or not in the smaller sizes) and now that I have bought some near identical looking ones online (for even cheaper... why? How do the people live who make these???? This ca...
Package arrived without screws and hardware required to assemble, which clearly renders the item unusable. Have been advised to return/exchange however the item is now out if stock. Very disappointing.
Bring back the customer Wishlist feature
Kmart removed the Wishlist feature on their website, and has therefore lost me as an online customer. I prefer to browse through the kmart site when I have time to spare, save items into my personal wish list, then transfer the wish list goods into the shopping cart when convenient. I don’t have time to continually go back and forth through the website to relocate the items I wanted. I also prefer to buy multiple items in one transaction to avoid shipping costs.
When I contacted Kmart in early April 2022, this was the written response – “Unf...ortunately, certain features such as My Favorites and Wish List has temporarily been removed due to the recent website upgrade. These features will be coming back sometime in the future as we continue transforming our website in making it better for you”. Kmart, you are missing out on purchases until you bring back the wish list. I just don’t have the time, nor do I want to pay for shipping unnecessarily.

Missing rug says fully shipped
My rug has gone missing despite saying fully shipped. I was even provided a tracking number yet allied express has not even received the item. I Have rung SEVERAL times and received a different answer each time however no straight explanation. I was told I would hear back within 48 hours.. didn’t hear anything and again had to contact, was then told the rug was definitely there but just hadn’t been picked up by the courier and that I will hear within 7 days.. 7days passed and I heard nothing. I then had a Contact again and they said that the c...ourier must have not scanned it and it must be missing. I rung the courier allied express and they have no record of it at all, they explained that Kmart had not even sent them an investigation into my missing product so they can not even look for it as they don’t know what the item even is. AGAIN contacted Kmart and had to tell the girl she needed to send them an investigation so they can find it if it had been picked up by then.. all she could do she said was contact her office and they will then do that. I asked to speak to them myself and she said no. The only solution they can give me is a refund, I do not want a refund. I want the rug I purchased to be found as it is no longer available online. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed !
Hardly a store, I can’t actually buy anything from it
Every time I attempt Kmart online shopping, most of the items I select are suddenly sold out online by the time I reach the checkout. Is it that hard to get your staff to go and get the stock off the shelf? All other stores are able to access all of their stock. Kmart is the only store that not only has ‘online stock’ as opposed to just ‘stock’ but also seems to be chronically out of it. I always end up giving up and buying what I need from Big W or Target. Slightly more expensive for 100 x better quality. And Target always has everything I need because they are capable of sourcing their stock from all their stores all over Australia.
Click and collect is ridiculous
Ordered some items for click and collect. Website mentioned all items were in stock in store and will be available for collection by 4pm on the same day. Come 4pm only 2 items were available, 1 cancelled and no ETA for the other 5. It really shouldn’t have been advertised as being available on the same day when it’s only half a truth (or maybe even less considering only 2/7 items were available). How can you operate a business based on half truths?
Please fix the cart emptying issue!
I have lost countless hours, repeatedly trying to make a large online homewares order, but not to have my cart erased/deleted/emptied before I could check out! Literal HOURS, over the past 3 days. Latest up to date Chrome browser and new iPhone. It’s doing my head in to see so many people experiencing the same exact problem for more than a month now.
It has Ruined my Mother’s Day this year.
I hate the new Kmart website
I just spent hours shopping online and adding items to the cart and then all of a sudden the cart was empty (fyi: i'm using latest and up-to-date firefox browser). I really hate the new website. Where is the 'wish list'? At least with the wish list you could add items to it which were saved and I could access every time I logged in. Please bring back the 'wish list' and make the website more user friendly; bring back the option to view more items per page. Please fix the website glitches otherwise customers will go elsewhere!
Place an order a few day ago & expect shipping was the following day. Just received an email 4 days later to say my order has been cancelled due to it being out of stock. This is now the 4-5 time in the last 12months they have done this. Horrible company to order from
“Get It Fast” service is disgraceful
Shame on me for thinking using this “Get It Fast” option again (after a very disappointing experience previously) would be any better. DO NOT USE THIS OPTION for your click and collect. The service provider doesn’t communicate and the items are NOT PICKED UP FAST i.e the same day as advertised. Also, during my previous terrible interaction with this service, when calling Kmart to discuss my order they said multiple times that “once an order is placed, it cannot be changed”. 9 days is not what I consider a “get it fast” option. Additionally, ano...ther time when I told them an order had SOMEONE ELSES HOME ADDRESS for delivery that wasn’t mine they still said “AN ORDER CANNOT BE CHANGED”. This was within 15 minutes of paying. I mean seriously, WTH?
Terrible delivery service
Ordered a bedhead from Kmart at quite a premium price. The delivery arrived & the delivery personnel seemed to be in such a hurry. He dumped the order in my parking & ran away. I did the heavy lifting. I am noticing Kmart is not staying true to last mile delivery. This experience leaves a lot to be desired. Really unhappy. Get much better service from Target. They seem to really care about their consumers.
What’s happened with PayPal for payment?!
Since the new website i haven’t been able to make a payment when I purchase online with the PayPal option only with credit/debit card… why?!?! I never ever had issues before the new website and customer service is a joke! All I got told to do was clear my cache! Nup, didn’t work!

Please stop using Allied Express as your courier.
I have back injury and that is the reason I have to rely on online shopping for bulk item/s. However, Allied Express staff refused to deliver a very heavy parcel to my front door at first floor.
Kmart, please upgrade your online shopping system and allow customers who willing to pay a bit more and get a proper delivery to upstairs.
If upgrading your online shopping system is not available, please warn the customers with bold warning sign before they checkout some very heavy items, so they could at least have a choice to stop purchasing something that they cannot get it back home upstairs.

Mate, on the ground, KMart seems to be inflating prices and dispensing with human staff in favour of self-serve.

Hi Jonah, we're so sorry to hear this! Commonly when this happens it's due to a typo in the email. If you can PM us the date you made the order, total cost, items ordered, delivery/ billing address an...d contact number associated with your account we can check this for you.
I placed an order online (items that are large).
I originally selected that the items not be left unattended upon delivery and rather that they are signed for, under the impression that said items would be sent together, and thus I would be able to ensure that either myself or someone else would be home on the day or at the time of the expected delivery.
*After* placing the order I was advised that it would be likely that each item would be shipped individually, dependant on what stock was available at each warehouse, which I completely understand. Although, I cannot ensure that either myself or someone else can be home to sign for said items on what could be potentially spread out over 3 separate business days.
Additionally, I do not particularly and potentially want each item to be sent back to the nearest Kmart store because no one was home to accept and sign for the delivery, only to have a refund automatically processed, when instead - any form of communication could be taken to contact myself to then organise the collection from the store itself if the delivery was unsuccessful.
Furthermore, I would then have to wait for the refund to be processed, placed said order again, and pay an additional $80+ delivery fee.
Am I able to change it so that the items can be left unattended rather than signed for?
Hi Stephanie, thanks for getting in touch. Unfortunately, we're unable to change the delivery instructions once the order has processed, but depending on which courier your parcels are shipped with, y...ou can reach out to the courier directly to request the authority to leave it amended.
how can i review my old orders
I bought 2 plant pots on the 7th April, which arrived today from Shellharbour.. Order No. 304120307. Both arrived badly damaged. I have taken photos, but I cannot attach here. Please refund and if you...want the pictures, send me an email where I can attach. I had an earlier order for a step stool that also came damaged but I did not complain as it was only $5.
