Absolute worst online service
Absolute worst online service received from any company to date. I made a couple of orders recently and they accepted my payment then sent me an email saying they have refunded the order a few mins later, no explanation nothing. The items I ordered were all listed as being available online so I have no idea why 3 out 3 orders were cancelled and refunded. Been purchasing online since 2003 and have never come across such poor service.
Terrible online delivery service!
I made quite a large order to kmart at the beginning of January. After 4 calls to allied express about why my order was sitting at their agency 10 minutes down the road from my house for 3 weeks.. i finally received my delivery only to have 3 out of the 20 items I bought!
I have called Kmart and spoke to a lady who said they would contact Toowong Kmart, with no follow through. She just wanted to get off the phone to me as she didnt know how to deal with my enquiry.

Wow just wow. They use an unprofessional company called “Allied express” for deliveries- the irony.
My package has been sitting in the “depot” for 3 weeks now. I am pregnant and needed my items for surgery next Tuesday and have been calling/emailing kmart and allied express for two weeks. No one can tell me when or if I will receive my order - kmart keeps saying they are waiting on a response from allied express and they keep saying they have lost staff due to covid.

Wish I could give it 0 stars - terrible online delivery service.
Bought a Fathers Day Present online last September (haven’t seen my dad for three years due to COVID), paid extra for postage. He never received it. Contacted Australia Post they said they left it on the doorstep in full view (not a safe place) they said to contact Kmart as it was not ticked to be signed for (which you would expect when you pay extra for postage). Kmart replied said it was not their problem and to contact PayPal and request a refund. PayPal said it was not their problem and contact Kmart again. Dad missed out on a present and I’m $53 out of pocket.
UPDATE : After this review I was contacted by Kmart and given a full refund. Unfortunately I still wouldn’t use online Kmart again because of my experience.
Took me 1 month to get a Canvas
Ordered a Canvas that took me a month to get it. In the website they claim to deliver in 6-14 business days. Such a terrible and disastrous experience, won’t order anything again from this crappy company.
Kmart online home delivery - unbelievably terrible customer service
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Absolutely fed up.
I ordered 4 rugs early in December to be home delivered. 2 arrived very late and outside of the 7-10 day delivery window in which they were ordered. The other 2 never arrived at all. I have sent so many emails to both Kmart and Allied express trying to find out where my order is. Every response has been blunt, rude and lacking any information about my order or even my name.

I can’t give a low enough review.
I was charged an extra delivery fee for a product I never received. The delivery fee jumped from $14.00 to $43.25 for 2 items. I only received one item and after contacting both Allied couriers and Kmart was finally given a refund in the undelivered item. However Kmart feel the delivery charge stands and refuse to refund me the additional charge of $29.25 for an item I did not receive. I have sent over 5 emails disputing this and went to the Robina store where the manager was reluctant to even speak with me and then informing me he was unable t...o help as well. I am now returning all of my items to Kmart and won’t be returning to their stores. I won’t be dropping the matter and will now take my dispute further. Absolute rip off and the worse customer service I have ever received.
Have been waiting for nearly a month now for my items, Allied express are rude and disrespectful and just don’t care have contacted both and one keeps blaming the other. So all in all I just lost $300 because both store and courier are useless

Low Stock Order Cancelled
So i ordered this "folding serve tray" online. It was low in stock.. my order was processed, then few hours later i get an email labelled "Cancelled by Customer Request" -because They didn't have the stock anymore.

If I could give this 0 stars, I would. First of all, the material is not boucle it’s see through felt. I have a boucle chair from Kmart, and considering they are ‘supposedly’ made from the same material, they could not be further apart. Secondly, this white felt material is so transparent you can see the blue stuffing underneath even without light. Thirdly, there were rips in the material already. I’m a loyal Kmart furniture buyer, however I now understand why this is an ‘online exclusive’

I tried to order some things I need desperately- local store doesn’t have them. $84 postage charge for $24 items! No click & collect either. There’s no option to pay for the items & get them sent to the store to collect them. Why would I even bother using this service!

Ordered a rug online got a email the next day to say item was shipped 3 weeks later I call to find out ware is my order as my tracking number won't work just to find out that the item has not even been shipped. Then I get another email to say give them onother 15 days just to update the shipping details delivery not included in this time it was meant to be delivered within 7 days.Poor effort and lying to customers I would not be surprised if all their stores close down and I cancelled the order with no reply from them yet.

Terrible customer service
Placed and large order for some furniture on 29/12. Took 2 days for an email to say they have received the order online but took money instantly. Then another couple of days to book in delivery and now getting the run around saying that it is 14 business days before the courier gets told to pick it up. So instead of the 3-5 days to deliver my order im now having to wait in limbo. My daughter needs her bed and i will never make the same mistake twice. Ther system says shipped on 04/01/22 so id expect it to have been a week after or at least be notified
Can never get anything I need
I can't log in it takes ages and multiple tries everytime I shop. I can't order from Kmart at all on my laptop it always says Bad Request though I can order from any other store I like. If I ever get to complete an order there is always at least 1 item not available but when I delete that one then another is not available. Definition of frustration trying to order at Kmart Online
Items not delivered
Ordered online on the 26th December and still no delivery from Couriers Please on 13th January. I went to Kmart Chat online today and told that part of my order had been returned to Kmart and not delivered to me. For some reason Couriers Please split the order off into two parts. As only one part of my order has been returned to Kmart, Kmart will NOT REFUND any of my money until they have all their items back. I have no items and no refund. Kmart have not kept me informed of any issues, they have just kept my money.

Ordered a high chair in November and now still haven’t received it.
Called last week and been told will refund my $10 delivery fee and will delivery my product in next 7 days.
Then called today and asked what happened and still haven’t received it.
One lady called [Name Removed] she got terrible customer service attitude and told me that the only thing I can do is WAIT. Worst experience ever!
Ordered 5 of the same item back in mid Nov. only received 4 of the items mid Dec and due to Christmas period, thought I’d give them more time due to delays etc. in post. It took them 2 1/2 weeks before my item was even sent. Called up Kmart today after getting the run around by 3 different freight company’s involved in the delivery of said items because it seems the 5th has been lost and they were very unhelpful and refused to give a refund. So now I’m down $120. Not happy and will not be shopping there again.
I purchased various products from Kmart online. After some time I received an email saying my items are ready for pickup. Couple of days later and when I was arranging for pickup, I received a text message saying the pickup is cancelled since they are out of stock!
I purchased a Rattan Bed (amongst other things) from the Kmart website in November (and it is now January). My order was partially delivered by Allied Express in December, but the biggest item (the Rattan Bed) was not delivered. I asked the driver where/when was the rest of my delivery. He made up something like maybe tomorrow, maybe next week - but something about it was suspicious. I had a feeling it was actually in the truck. Anyway, I waited for the next 2 months. I waited at home every day for the delivery. I even called Kmart 3 times, they said they'd get back to me but never did. It never arrived. Deflated and disappointed is an understatement.
Online store not recommended
Ordered 4 set of dinner plates. On the delivery day the parcels were poorly wrapped, the boxes broken, and also broken were some of the plates. A no no experience to never repeat.
Never received my package OR refund!!
I ordered several items from Kmart which weren’t at my local store, worth about $70. I received one large box with a only a small pencil case in it which was one of about 5 items I ordered. I ordered 2 large glass jars and some wall shelves amongst other items. I waited so long for my other items and received a notice through my shop app from Aus post saying it was on hold at delivery centre which was 10 mins from where I live. Then later another notice said there was a breakage and was returned to sender. With tracking I could see that it went...to Dubbo (5 hrs in land from where I live). It was marked as delivered and I never heard anything else. I rang Aus post and they said it was Kmarts problem. I rang Kmart and they said it was Aus posts problem. I pushed for a refund and Kmart said they would refund me but never did! It’s now 6 months later…I will never order online again. Such a stuff around and a loss of money and time.
The perfect crash
Ordered a Microwave online the 19/12/21, never had a delivery date, after several complaints, receive a response the 3/1/22, practically initiating the procedure again, today 5/1/22 wrote again and nothing has changed, banal excuses, incompetency, no clues, after so many days I am still asked for patience. FIRST AND LAST TIME!!!

Bed ordered online .
I have been calling asking to refund a bed that was order online with missing parts since August. Everytime I call the same answer was given that a delivery truck will pick it up.I am still waiting for my refund and the delivery guy haven't pick up the bed it's Jan 2022 will soon be 6 months waiting.
