Kmart Online Store

Kmart online is generally very reliable. Order fulfillment is normally within 2 weeks. However, orders can be fulfilled by multiple stores, resulting in multiple packages arriving on various days. They don't seem to have smaller boxes to fit smaller items. I received a roll of wrapping paper and a birthday card in a box that was 50cm H x 140cm W x 40 cm D, which was filled with the package air bags. Major waste.

Edit: a couple of days after posting this the mattress arrived! I’m in Brisbane metro. I’ve always loved Kmart and would have given 5 stars any day but this time I gave 4 because the communication was very poor and no accurate times were given. I only found out the day of delivery that the mattress was on the way. The day before I was told it was still in processing (meaning warehouse? They weren’t clear). It’s all a bit of a shambles BUT! The mattress is BRILLIANT. I forgive you Kmart, I’m sorry I was mad at you.

Ordered 7 glass containers. No fragile sticker anywhere on the delivery box when it arrived 1 container smashed on arrival. Probably couriers fault but cheap packaging from Kmart no bubble wrap knowing these are glass products and no fragile sticker…..pretty poor.

I was very worried after placing my Kmart order to read the complaints online of peoples packages not coming, stock being sold out, damage to goods etc but I would recommend them for everyday products.

I placed an order around Christmas time 2020 and all products came within a week, only complaint is they were all in different orders subject to stock availability at stores. I got all my products but none came with protective packaging, all were just placed into a large box each time (this is where breakage would occur if someone bought glass etc I believe).

Personally, I think they are good to buy with but do be aware of the packaging and how that may impact products during transit.

Kmart online have not let me down so I am unsure what the (bad reviews) are about???
I have ordered several items over the last few months and I have been notified every step of the way, also Australia post have been great too, item delivered with in 4 days, Thumbs up from me

Their products are very good quality considering the prices and last a long time. I always buy from Kmart but online delivery can be a bit glitchy. Often items will say it’s instock until you go to checkout, then it says it’s out of stock which is a hassle. Delivery arrives on time nicely and will be buying again.

i ordered a mattress in a box friday and was at my house by tuesday the next week was heaps easy to set up and put on the bed it is a little smaller then a queen mattress but still fits i put a mattress top and waterproof protector and the fitted sheet and i love it it’s completely comfortable not hard at all soft but just the right softest really happy with it

I ordered a large item from KMart online and got AusPost tracking which showed no delivery date. The parcel didn't move at all for 8 days. I rang Auspost who said they hadn't received the parcel from KMart yet, just the tracking information. I rang KMart who said yes the parcel was with Auspost. The helpful KMart guy lodged a customer complaint for me with Auspost and the parcel arrived 2 days later.
It was Australia Post's fault and I'm pleased that KMart fixed the problem for me so quickly. Delighted to have received the delivery and will definitely use KMart online again.

This place always has a great range of products available and is soo cheap! Only reason I'm not giving them a 5 star review is because I've had two products that were not working correctly or at all. Though that was just two products out of 50 that worked perfectly! Nice fast delivery and packaged well. The online store is very easy to navigate.

We were after a particular item which we were unable to locate at Kmart stores. The process of instead going online to order it was straightforward and easy. I was able to see how many of this particular item were in stock at the warehouse. The turnaround time to get the items in the mail was fantastic as well.

Ok, I'll admit i was sceptical because the price was so cheap but once it arrived and I unwrapped it the microwave looked like a designer one. Sleek and shiny and on top pf that it's quiet and runs smoothly! I paid for regular postage so it took a few days to arrive but arrived safely and in perfect condition.

Ive recently used the click and collect for buying from Kmart online its great as it saves taking my 3 little children around the store with me, means I don’t get sidetracked and buy more than I intended and bonus it’s free if you spend $30 or more
Definitely a great way for young families to get some shopping done
The only annoying thing is sometimes the order is not fulfilled entirely and you get refunded for the product in that case or they can sometimes send it for free if it’s found at another store ... but otherwise this way of shopping is fantastic !

Very easy to navigate and understand. I was able to also ask questions and get a response fast when I had trouble or was looking for a product! Would defo recommend buying online. It’s handy and useful and some items online are diff to what’s instore sometimes too so you could get something that’s only online ! Convenient too for those who don’t have transport or can’t take the public transport option and shipping is super fast too!

Shipping was very quick, better than expected, and items were as described. Because items came from different stores I ended up being sent 5 different packages. I can understand why if they didn't have all the stock in the same place, but it did seem like a waste for small things (ie $2 pair of undies) to be sent individually. If there was an option i would've been happy to wait until stock came in or delete off order to save their time and packaging.
