Bought the Amy Dove chairs from Koala and absolutely love them — they’re fantastic and super comfortable. The staff were also really friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience even better.

Store team was helpful but the delivery team is very hopeless. We requested deluxe delivery and got confirmation to be delivered on 25 sept, then being called that they need to delayed another day. day at home the whole day but nothing showed up. Then, we called again on 27 sept morning only being told that the item have been delivered to my house. But we haven’t received anything yet. Now we’re not sure what’s going to happen with our delivery that have been fully paid + with deluxe delivery. Feel like being scammed by Koala Living.
Horrible experience. We had items booked for delivery and it was confirmed it would be delivered. They truck never showed up. No call, no text or anything to advise they were not coming. We still do not have our items. We have paid serious money and the lack of communication and customer service is the worst I have seen.
