Awesome product – I’ve had my air fryer for close to four years, I’ve used it practically every day in that time, hasn’t missed a beat. Cooks great, works well. Does exactly what an air fryer is supposed to. Great product!! Show details

Great airfyer - not the most user-friendly – Food cooked in this has been amazing. Very easy to clean - simply wipe. Instruction book could be better labelled, but if you have half a braincell you can figure it out. What I disliked - and why I will probably by a different air fryer - is that this lift-lid version (compared with the drawer version or oven-style ones) it is very clunky and… Read more

cumbersome to use. There is a latch at the back right of the lid which must be pulled out to lower the lid. A bit annoying. But also the handle placement right at the front means opening it after preheating or cooking sends a blast of hot air straight at your hand which isn't fun.

10L Digital Multifunction Air Fryer – I have not yet used it. The Quick Start Guide is not helpful at all. I can see me "Googling" and on YouTube to try and get a handle on the product. Kogan products are great but the instructions on this product let you down. Show details

Short life - not worth the price – Bought one in March 2019 and by August it was totally dead - no way to start it. As it was under warranty, Kogan agreed to replaced with a new product, which I've received in Oct 2019. The second one died too, after 10 months with exactly same issue. Kogan refused to offer any fix or replacement as product was "too old" and therefore outside the… Read more

12 months warranty. I've learnt from this experience that the replacement (new product) doesn't get a new warranty period, all you have left if the balance from when you bought first one. In conclusion , I've paid the money for a product (actually two) that worked less than 12 months in total - don't think is worth the price.

Good value, but – I had it close to half a year. It is not powerful enough and always overheating. Also, it is difficult to open and close. One more issue is it is easy to be hurt by the steam when you open it. Show details

Safety warning - do not buy this air fryer – We had this air fryer for close to 2 years and during that time it appeared to perform well. Upon cleaning it I found small metal fragments throughout the top fan section. I removed the fan cover and was astonished to find them throughout the fan area. We have only ever cleaned the machine with a cloth and soapy water so the shavings were coming… Read more

off the machine itself.

Worried for the health of my family I have stopped using the machine and made contact with kogan.com to inform them about the faulty product. To put it simply they couldn’t care less. They responded by saying it was normal wear and tear and that the product was no longer under warranty. I explained to them that I was not requesting a warranty claim of any kind and was simply informing them out of concern for others who may be hurt from such a faulty machine. They simply couldn't care less.

I could not believe Kogan's response and will never buy another appliance from Kogan again. You think they would want to inspect the air fryer in case a recall was required. I have reported the unsafe product to the www.productsafety.gov.au website and hope to god our air fryer is the only faulty machine out there.

Good Value But Not So Good Quality – Easy to use with good capacity. However the Quality is not up to standard. Had the machine for just over a year and replace twice during last year. Thanks to the quick customer service. Had common issues of overheating and caused the control keypad not functioning. Now this brand new replacement broken Again with control keypad out of action. … Read more

Contact the customer service again told the warranty do NOT renew with new replacement. Wonder if they have faith on their own brand of products?? After a few complaining emails, customer service finally agree to credit the purchase.

Suddenly stopped working – I was in the middle of cooking a meal when the air fryer just stopped working for no apparent reason. Of course it is just out of warranty! And of course there is no way to see inside to try to repair anything. Very disappointed. Show details

Very underwelmed, – I heard such great things about Airfryers, my reality is disappointment. I bought the 10Ltr but you cant cook a meal. 1/2 way through cooking you have to remove the tray to shaking it, which always ends in burning some part of your arm. The tray falls apart whilst shaking. If you dont shake the chips or nuggets or what ever isn't cooked all round. Show details

Does exactly what I hoped – This is my 2nd air Fryer - bit larger than first and much quieter. Really pleased with it, although the instructions are almost useless. Also very few recipes. Found YouTube a good source of recipes. Found I could cook in both the basket and on the bottom at the same time - fun to experiment. Show details

Works well – Works well, good size. Downside is that it's very big and takes up space. It opens from the top rather than a pull out draw. I have no complaints re the product itself as it works as it should, but after having it for a while now wish I had one that pulled out from the side. Show details

Very good, but not perfect – What's GOOD? Controls are easy to understand and use with a little effort. Cooks well, and consistently. The supplied rack and basket seem to be good quality with no problems so far, and there is an adjustable rotating bar so you can cook chicken or roast rotisserie-style. There is a window all around so you can see how your food is cooking. It… Read more

even looks good, a modern stylish design. The basket is quite roomy, space for a 2kg chicken or roast with some vegetables NOT so good? The lid is a bit awkward to close, particularly if it is already hot. You have to lower the lid (left hand) while pulling out sideways on a knob near the back (right hand). Once your food is cooked, there's no easy way to remove the basket from the fryer. You can do it by hand with oven gloves, but it needs care. The sound when cooking is medium volume, about 60 to 65 dbA or comparable with our dishwasher. It is not supplied with a rotating basket for cooking fries, etc but one is available as an optional extra. At full price of $199 you could possibly do better, but it is frequently on special for as little as $99 and that's good value.

Perfect fries and price!!! – This appliance is easy to use. I find the DIY button the best. Great size - it cooks a roast for 2 adults 2 kids with leftovers. Perfect crackling! I love the square shape and that the lid opens upwards instead of a usual pull out drawer. It tucks into a bench corner nicely. It’s easy to clean and other air fryer accessories work with it. The… Read more

rotisserie makes the best roast chicken. It arrived in record time too! I would buy another one if the other half would let me lol
