My airfryer was working now as previous people have said beeps three times and nothing. Basket is correctly situated just about ready to throw the damned thing out. User guide if you can even call it that is useless
My 10L KA10DMFAFRA air fryer has never worked. No matter what setting I put it on, it just beeps 3 times when I hit the start button and then goes back to standby. The LED display does not work as indicated either, it just displays a 0 when in standby and 00 when I turn it on. Any assistance on how to fix would be great.
I perservered with this new product i purchased seems if you dont place the bottom baking pan in with hole to back of fryer will not start.Now ising it and love it.Easy to clean .Fingers crossed
I read instructions but after setting menu time etc wont start to cook??
baking pan needs to be placed with hole at back of fryer for product to start .Need a trouble shooting guide included in manual

make sure large black pan included placed with hole at back of fryer as i had same issue good luck
Katrina. I have a Kogan Digital Multifunction air fryer and it does not tell you in the Instruction Manual how to Manually operate it. 1. What steps are used from the beginning in Manual operation? 2. How does one set the required temp and timer? In order what am I to do? When using it in replace of deep frying to get the same results. Am using the Air fryer basket. Much Appreciate the help. Thank you.
How do you use the rotisserie?
Does this air fryer stand on the bench or does it need to be placed on a board
It can stand direct on the bench. I even put it on induction glass.
I have had mine .24 hours any tips to getting it to cook. I have followed the Manual I was able to cook chips but I haven’t been able to get it started or to cook again.
My wife was given one for last Christmas....been great till last Sunday night...just stopped...no power...nothing...a pity because she was not too sure about it at first but got to love it...what should we do?
I would not like to advise on anything electrical. However...... there are some YouTube videos about the sensor buttons that activate/deactivate when the basket is inserted/removed. Maybe these are blocked or dirty? Have a look at the YouTube videos. Lastly, I'm sure there is a fuse in the workings. This might have blown. A qualified repairer would sort that in minutes. What is the sliding button on the top , it looks like two vent options. Not in manual which is very unhelpful
Hi Michaela. This controls the fan force. Just underneath there is a diagram for left and right movement of the slide button. My wife has only noticed this when I asked her. The lack of instructions is the only downfall of this product.
Why is there no manual?

I was a millisecond away from ordering one of these air fryers but after reading reviews on ProductReview, that's not going to happen. Read the comments on Kogan's site and of course they are much, much better. What disappoints me is most of the answers back from Kogan are the same, even though there are different complaints. Sad.
Does anyone know what the slide switch is for on the lid and what the two positions me, thanks....

Does this come with a rotating chip basket?
No, but I haven't needed to stir the chips for them to cook

I just purchased this airfryer, does it come with a rotating frying basket?
Mine did not. I came with a rotisserie that could be used with a chicken etc but it didn't come with a rotating basket.
Just wondering if you can cook on in the inner pot and not just in the basket and rack?
Hi Polly, I have cooked chips in tge pot with steak in basket above. Look online for air frier recipes. I still have a lot to learn.
Thank you. We only got it on Friday and have already cooked an entire roast dinner, which was so good. I have just finished cooking a cake which is so moist in the middle but a little crispy on the outside edges. I have looked at a few YouTube but still was unsure of the bottom pot. I guess its just trial and error. I will definitely look for recipes
What does the switch on the lid do. I suspected it opens or closes vents but am not sure.
Not sure what you mean. When you lift the lid, you need to pull the plug at the back to release the lock. Not aware of any other switch.
From what I have read it's a wet and dry vent. Slide it to the right and I think it keeps more steam and moisture inside the oven.
I just noticed the switch today and had to come to Google after finding absolutely no mention of it in the user manual (despite it being pictured on the control panel lol)
My 10L air fryer wont start, it was working fine, it's only 1 month old. Now it just beeps when you press start & resets itself. I can't find any troubleshooting & because I got it as a gift, I can't contact Kogan as it isnt in my order history list.
