Way Too Small, Misleading Advertising – The effective interior height of the oven is a paltry 95mm, that is from the shelf in the lowest position to the top of the door opening. My older Kogan 12L Airfryer has an internal height of 160mm by comparison. This makes the airfryer useless for roasting, a 1.8kg chicken will not fit, so claims by reviewers that you can roast a "full size chicken or even a small turkey" are false: and the picture in the advt showing a roast chicken in the oven is grossly misleading. It must be about the smallest chicken ever. The power cord is a very short 77cm. Useless item and a total waste of money.

I've repackaged the item for return because it is inaccurately described and is not fit for purpose.
This is the response from Kogan when I pointed out that an average sized chicken would not fit in this oven:
"I sincerely apologise for the late response. Based on the photo provided, it appears that the chicken is still frozen and remains sealed. Once the chicken has thawed, it will fit inside the air fryer oven as intended. We appreciate your understanding and patience regarding this matter. If you need further assistance, please let me know.

Yes, but I still have to pay return shipping for an item deceitfully/incorrectly described and I do not get a refund only a credit. This will be my 2nd last transaction with Kogan. Did you bother to read the Kogan comment about "Once the chicken is thawed it will fit inside the oven as intended"? That is absurd.
