Duped into buying dishwasher from 3rd party ‘One Stop’
Dishwasher was delivered the day after ordering. Awesome service. The box is completely un-damaged and the product was very well packaged and protected. When I lifted the dishwasher out of the box, water leaked into the floor. I opened it, see water droplets everywhere. Is it standard practice to run a dishwasher through a cycle before dispatching to a customer? We then noticed dents and scratches all over the top. Like something heavy had been on top of it. Is this an ex display model that has been used for demonstrations (ref the water drople...ts). My wife has tried to contact Kogan and then discovered the small print...she didn’t buy it from Kogan...but from ‘One Stop’ who she also can’t contact. Clearly consumer law is on our side and we will get our money back...but now we have to put in all the effort and work with their timeframes. Never again Kogan! If it was delivery damage we could probably deal with the disappointment. But...someone picked up a damaged and used unit and packaged it up as new. Kogan you duped us into thinking we were buying a product from you. One Stop (whoever you are) duped us by selling a damaged and new product as new. I hope you all read this message and put the effort it to fixing this before I lose patience and contact the office of business and consumer affairs.
Kogan's customer service is fantastic!
I had to return a faulty phone after having it for just over a year and Kogan did everything they possibly could to assist. In the end the phone was unrepairable and I was offered a new phone or a refund. Their customer service was always courteous and they replied to emails quickly. You can't ask for any more than this from a company. Highly recommended.
The service that goes above and beyond
Kogan as an online business to many, many products i.e. tv's, headphone, computer, phones & etc is fantastic.
I was at the time weighing in my options in getting a new contract with the phone provided I've had since I was in year 10 where I came across Kogan. Kogan were able to provide me a plan with making one payment for the year where i'll get a service like my previous one and matching it by alot and I mean alot.
I've still got my same phone but my service lets see works out to be a whole less expensive with approx 20Gbs of data to use ...every month and I don't even get to half!!!! If you're looking at a changing up your phone plan where you can chop and change it within reason without getting in hassle Kogan is it. Kogan may not always be perfect when it comes to reception but it comes pretty pretty close to it.
Best customer support I have experienced in quite some time
Ordered one of the cordless stick vacuum cleaners from Kogan online. Item arrived in a reasonable time period and well packaged. Unfortunately the item was faulty on delivery, the powerhead brush unit was not working. Followed instructions on customer support site and detailed issue in email and uploaded a quick video of the fault. Was very promptly assigned a customer support person, who replied quickly and asked me to try one thing to resolve problem and that was to try charging unit first for at least ten hours. Did this and then advised cu...stomer support that item still appeared faulty. I was most pleasantly surprised when the assigned support person (yep that's right, the same person dealt with issue throughout) emailed back advising me that I did not have to worry about the headache of returning the product, I could dispose of it as I wished and a new replacement was being processed immediately. Replacement arrived within the week. The most pleasant customer support experience I have had in some time. Thank you heaps: Dahlia T Customer Care Team
