Low prices for low quality connection
Can't make Internet calls (e.g. with Whatsapp/Signal using this service), in Canberra (metropolitan area). Google pages take a long time to load, let alone the web pages themselves. Sometimes Internet times out. Pointless bulk buying their mobile data for a cheap price if it doesn't work. If you have the slightest concern that you won't have good reception/have brick walls/ only a semi-decent connection with a different provider, do yourself a favour and assume Kogan won't cut it.

Zero Customer Service Available
I've been trying to update my credit card details for the past week with no luck. Tried calling over 3 days and have sat on hold for over an hour each day, no luck. Emailed them numerous times, no response. Now I get an email saying that they may disconnect my service! Why they don't allow you to update your details online is insane!!!

Got the gold nbn100 unlimited deal.. was unable to get speeds over 30mbps the first 3 weeks
Called every week and customer service was awesome they did their best to help over the next few weeks, even sent out their free modem to double check.. nothing worked and kogan then charged me 2 months worth of service only after 3.5 weeks?? they disconnected due to non payment and promised they'd do their best to get me the service, but only after I paid for a premium service that I did not get.
Guys over the phone were awesome and did their best, but even they knew they could only do so much. Kogan run off the Vodafone network, so if you're in an area where Vodafone is bad, then chances are Kogan won't work for you either.
