Kogan Mobile Broadband
Great service
Excellent service from Nus this morning. She took me through resetting my internet connection step by step and made it so easy and painless. Definitely deserves 5stars. Would recommend Kogan.

Great service, products and reliable internet connection!
I've been with this company a couple years and never had a problem, very quick to help and replace my modem, long warranty and reliable customer service. Today I am being served by Nus She has ordered and placed delivery for my new modem and is very helpful and called me back in time frame promised

Kogan Internet
Connection is not too bad, ok to use. Time to time there will be a small internet drop out but it is negligible.

Kogan Mobile data - better than some, still not the best
I swapped from Amaysim after realising that the change by Amaysim to auto-renew a fixed price, prepaid mobile account every 28 days rather than every 30 days means you pay your account 13 times every year, rather than 12 times.
Kogan Internet is provided by Vodaphone and, in my area at least, they are as good as Telstra or Optus.
I selected a large data plan (17 GB), which cost $37/month, but ran out of data in the first month. With streaming now a major part of the online experience, Internet Providers need to become much more generous w...
Read moreith their data allowances. I renewed early and swapped to a 32 GB plan, which costs $50/month. I should have researched more before making the change, because I have subsequently discovered another provider offering 50 GB/month for the same price (Ovo). At least I'm not locked into a contract, so ai will swap again if data allowance continues to be a problem.- Connection Type3G/4G Mobile Broadband

Good mobile broadband with some issues
Good fast broadband but they clearly recycle their number because as soon as I set it I was getting daily texts chasing debts from some previous person. It was so annoying that I did not renew the following month. The actual 4G speeds and coverage were good though.

The speed and the signal are good but with much cheaper price
I switched from Vodafone to Kogan during a Kogan mobile plan promotion. Kogan uses Vodafone network but the speed and the signal is as good as Vodafone. Of course, there are no signals sometimes on a train. The speed is as good as Vodafone as well, but the price is much cheaper and it offers more data plan than Vodafone, which I never use up. The port out was quite simple and the staff was friendly. I am satisfied with the service and would recommend it to my friends.

Very Fast In City
This is very fast on 4G in the city and metro suburbs but reverts to 3G in the country and can be so slow with high lag times. Kogan works on the Vodafone network so I used their SIM in an unlocked Vodafone WiFi router that covered all their relevant frequencies. It was very cheap to try and does work well but forget it for travelling due to city-centric coverage

Hi Colorado,
It's good to hear that you've been happy with our service so far - it is expected that you would receive a weaker signal in regional areas, but our network is always improving.
