I’m still waiting on my voucher code for 3 weeks now. Funds have been deducted out of my account but still no code has been sent. Have submitted enquires numerous times, since there is no contact number. I’m very frustrated as this is for my young daughters phone. I would like to know how I get a refund as I will not be using Kogan again as it is too difficult to get issues resolved in a adequate time frame.
I just received the sms from kogan with the one-time code to port my number from another provider. Is there an expiry for this code? Can I wait until the end of the month to complete the porting?
Why does Kogan charge me $1 on top of the monthly pre-paid mobile charge? It does this when I register my bank details to process payment, and will charge a $1 extra every time I register new bank details for auto-recharge. That extra charge is unnecessary as we are already paying you for the pre-paid amount. Please explain..
Having major trouble with Kogan Mobile plan, we have been on the phone many times trying to sort it out. The money (payment) was taken out of bank account on the 8th July for Douglas Haig for 365 Small Mobile Plan. Douglas has not been able to get the voucher code because of new email problems. Can you Help Please. We have been advised to get a Kogan mobile JP stat dec but I do not know how to get this, please PLLEASE HELP

I can't get call waiting to work even though it is activated on my phone. I have tried *43# and says it is activated, yet a second call goes straight to my voicemail and if the caller does not leave a message I have no history that anyone has tried to call. I think this only started to happen when I changed to Kogan. Anyone else had this or know how to fix?

Anyone know?? can't find any info on kogan mobile web site about call waiting, whereas all other telco web sites mention in their help about how to enable it etc. This is seriously a deal-breaker feature I need :S
Now Working! After several attempts to get through (kept disconnecting whilst on hold) I spoke to a Kogan employee who told me it wasn't activated on there end. The gentleman was very helpful, activated call waiting and assured me that it would be working after I turned off and restarted my phone. It wasn't working at first however around 4 days later it kicked in. Thankfully working now.
how do we put our address of 40 years in when we try to set up our mobile phone. It is also the address for our kogan shopping account.

I have been with Kogan for over a year now, last night I paid for a recharge as my plan was to expire. Since that time, as soon as Kogan had my payment I have been unable to make a call or send a text. Extremely unfortunate as I have elderly parents whom I need to check on daily.
After an hour and a half on hold, I received the following advice; "turn off and on, take out the sim, that's all I can do for you as everything seems okay at this end." In other words, we have your money so we don't really care, that is just rude...customer service, what's that?
Meanwhile, I am out of pocket. Somebody please reassure me that you do care about your customers!
I have a SIM but the activation process wont accept my ID. I have have called the 1300 056 426 number and been on hold for over an hour 3 times and never got through to anyone... how can I get in contact to activate my SIM?

Stop telling people to call your phone line if you have nobody to answer.
Get your money back, I have experienced 2-weeks wait for nothing. Their customer service is good and responsive, but they cant do anything regarding mobile support outsourced overseas.
