Piece of JUNK
First, this piece of crap freezes a lot. Wifi issues, streaming issues, lags like hell when browsing through menu. This TV belongs in the trash not any home. Don’t buy any KOGAN JUNK TVs. You will regret it.

What a DUD
This TV is absolutely frustrating rubbish. First off, could not open the GBoard to type in WiFi settings etc. Kogan's answers: Unplug and start again ... then reset to default ... then firmware update ... NOTHING helped and just wasted days of my time.
The most annoying feature however is the constant issue of it turning itself on from stand-by ... unless fully powered off it will randomly start up and with the volume quite loud! No amount of adjusting settings helps - virtually every possible feature has been turned off or disabled !?!?!? ...

I was excited about making my first Kogan purchase after hearing so many good things about them. I was in need of a bedroom TV with all the "gadgets" and this seemed the perfect choice. Unfortunately for me this TV is a dud. It was a chore to set up, the Subtitles seem to be set to on as a standard and even though I've turned them off in the settings they still seem to reset to on often. It randomly goes into a "retrieving data" mode then freezes, remote buttons then don't work so have to reset by switching off at power point. The biggest bugbe...ar is that it turns itself on pretty much every Friday night between 9pm and 10.30pm. I've been through the settings relentlessly looking for a solution but there isn't one. It is NOT set to auto turn on. Last thing you want coming in after a night out is to hear voices inside the house! I wish I could have something positive to say about this TV, but I can't.

Within 4 weeks the TV developed a series of issues. Warranty claim is a nightmare
Within the first month of having this TV, it began to exhibit problems.
First problem was that the TV would not turn on via the remote. I had to cycle the power to the TV by unplugging power and waiting a few seconds before plugging it back in. Then the remote would work fine.
This problem occurred several times a week.
The second problem was that the TV was either not turning itself off properly or was randomly turning itself back on. This problem occurred at different times to the previous problem.
Problem number 3 was failure to switch to Prime. It just stopped working completely.
