Poor quality and customer service
Remote failed after one month. TV lasted slightly longer before the screen died. Kogan customer service is non-existent. Impossible to speak to anyone and no response to initial email after a week. Avoid.
Purchased at Kogan.com for $400.00.

Horrible experience
Bought on line after reading Kogan product description. I thought it will be a good purchase at a very good price. But very disappointing. First, it did not arrive until one week after when it was due. It was a birthday gift. Then first thing I noted after taking out of box , the legs were wobbly ,not fitting well. The screen still had a bluish white glow even after it was turned off. Picture quality which you expect as a 4 k TV is no way near even HD quality .
Why do Kogan claim something which is so wrong. Sound quality is below average. My 1...

Recently bought a Foxtel now box from Kogan to set up on my Kogan TV but all I'm getting is a video not supported message on screen. My tv is not a 4k but can't seem to find a way to contact you regarding the one I bought (Full HD Series 9, RF9000)

Hey Cal, if you login to the Kogan website and then click My Account (your name in the top right of the browser) you'll see a new menu appear. The second option in the list is"Contact Customer Care". The direct link is https://www.kogan.com/account/dashboard/customer-care/. Email or this link is the only way to contact them. They don't seem to have phones.
