Problems mounting in last 2 months
Bought the xu9210, August 27, 2020, $849 free delivery. Fine the first few months but problems with response, apps, and sometimes streaming. A turn off, reboot usually the fix. But now the remote is totally unresponsive and all attempts to use tv are difficult. Seems to only have power button on sensor to turn on if remote is faulty with no manual control buttons on tv. Have sent messages to Kogan today but past experiences have shown a long time can pass before resolution with back and forward emails. Disappointed the TV is showing major issues after 4 to 6 months. A fix was offered Saturday morning, and hopefully problem is fixed for some years.

How does Kogan expect anyone to use this TV?
This 65” TV has a great picture...seriously great, but it is let-down by an atrocious menu system, which is non-intuitive and when it comes to free-to-air TV viewing.....its the worst I’ve experienced. The direct access numbers don’t work for choosing a tv channel, and all you can do is use the EPG. The tuner picks up (in my area) around 60 channels of TV and radio. There appears to be no way to cut down the list of unwanted stations, to a usable list of desired ones. This is truly the most frustrating experience ever with a TV’s menu. Please Kogan, if there is a way to fix this PLEASE let me know.

What a piece of garbage !
the KOGAN 65inch 4k android so called smart tv is dumb, and a rather pathetic operating system with two usb ports which rarely work and when they do work any usb stick employed is useless as the system keeps rejecting and ejecting it. The system wifi date and time reverts back to set up all the time so you need to keep re entering the information and this is when it is supposed to be on automatic wifi time and date settings, pathetic !.The GOOGLE search never allows signing in so you rarely if ever get to look at the internet via google search...and do not bother trying to install chrome as the Kogan smart tv refuses google chrome. All in all, a complete waste of money and Kogan is known for very to extremely bad customer service, help and replacement/refunds. get another brand except Kogan 4k smart tv's, they are all dumb with useless pathetic operating systems. save your money and buy elseware !

Happy with our TV
We ordered a 65 inch Kogan TV Series 9 XU9210. We are really happy. It works with all the apps. We have been enjoying the footy, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Stan and the normal channels on it.
Easy to download apps.. Was pretty easy to set up. Picture is great. Delivery guy was nice. Took a bit of time to get delivered, but Kogan sent us a voucher to make up for it. Whenever I have spoken to Kogan they have got back to me in prompt fashion and I've been happy, very happy with those interactions. I would buy another TV from Kogan.
Happy with t...he operating system and the apps. Happy with the features and controls and its performance. Everything we watch is through the internet as we don't have it hooked up to a TV outlet. Wireles connectivity is good. Has enough HDMI ports for what we have wanted to do so far. Sound quality is okay. We plan on buying a soundbar. We bought our TV on one of those days were Kogan offers 5% off storewide if you buy it that day and got free shipping. We had our first family movie night with this TV on the weekend and the kids loved it. So did we.

It is a great choice of TV for the price. Very Happy! It has easy access to you tube & netflix, it has nice clear picture and is easy to set up.
