We reviewed our tv today, and have been instantly dissapointed. It turned on okay and we selected the language and then it changed to a white screen and now that is all we are getting. We turn it off and back and and it shows Kogan on the screen and chimes music and flicks straight back to the white screen. We tried to update the firmware but that hasn't helped anything. Starting to think we should have just spent the extra money elsewhere. Hoping Kogan can get back to my online submission ASAP, and actually help us :(. After waiting a month for our new tv, it's upsetting to having to deal with a fault.

Hi Shirley, no I wouldn’t buy one of these TV’s. We have had issues with the TV freezing, resetting without notice and haven’t been able to return the TV to Kogan. I would honestly buy from JBHIFI just for the ease of returning faulty goods. Their exchange and return policy is the best I have seen
We have had 6 Samsung TVs at 3 times the price. Our Kogan is equal and easier to operate. I recommended Kogan to our friends and 3 have bought.
Kogan is an expert on TV s that how he started over 20 years ago.
