Great bedroom tv
Great bedroom tv. Android OS makes streaming a breeze. Good quality sound & picture, at least equal to tv's selling for three times the price. Quick access remote to Netflix and other apps.

an Excellent tV
The first one was not very good parts fell off it Informed Kogan service department They sent another it had problems The head of complaints dealt with us personnally and replaced the TV and it is perfect all at no extra cost to us

Not Happy
So I bought my Kogan tv January 2020 $529 + free delivery. Good quick delivery. But problems started straight away , the Live tv channels I kept losing channels after turning off tv at night. And would have to reset manually to find channels again. This happened for a month. Now all the time if I go to watch a show’s on Netflix, Foxtel or Prime Video, it just tries to load gives up and returns to home screen. So now I only watch 7,9,10... channels I give up, my internet has no problems we have other tv’s and computers in house never any problems with buffering on them. Great Choice
It is a great choice of TV for the price. Very Happy! It has easy access to you tube & netflix, it has nice clear picture and is easy to set up.

This one works!!! - REFURBISHED MODEL
This is the replacement I received after returning first one after it failed in the first 72 hours.
On replacement I had the option of brand new or save a little bit and receive a refurbished model.
The answer is refurbished as it has been tested and fixed locally before being sent out to consumer. The brand new tvs aren’t being made properly overseas which I’m sure has been very frustrating for the Kogan brand.
I have not had an issue with this tv. Android System. I have no tv aerial so all my free to air is streamed via apps from the google...Read more

Had to Replace 3 TVs back to back, still faulty. Lost patience, and now returned. No more Kogan TVs.
This TV would've been a great bang for the buck, IF it actually did what it's supposed to.
I'll tell you what problems I had with the 3 TVs of the same model which were replaced one by one, before I lost patience and just told them to give me a full refund.
The 1st TV:
- The Standby light was on even when the TV is On.
- The Stand the TV came with is faulty.
The replacement (2nd TV):
- Standby light still on when the TV is on.
- Blooming on the TV on the right side. This is very noticeable in dark scenes or movies.

A good TV for its pricing point, features and functionality
I have had this TV for about 4 weeks now and have found it to be reliable and feature packed.
It was delivered two days after purchasing and came out of the box without any damage or issue.
Positives about the TV:
* Price (without a doubt from a pricing point its hard to beat)
* Features - most of the streaming services (except for Disney+) were already installed. Installing other apps were straight forward and quick.
* Quick access to my NAS and content.
* Connecting to my WiFi service was effort free.
* Picture quality is quite good and better than I expected.

Decent for a cheap TV
Admittedly, I had read up on Kogan's TV's prior to purchasing and they don't seem to have the best reputation. They had a decent deal where the 55" XU9210 was on sale for $469 from $699. We wanted a cheap second TV for the house, Android TV was a requirement for the apps and because we have kids who love Disney+, Netflix, Stan and so on.

to delivery it took three days which is impressive. We have had the TV about a week now, so maybe there could be problems later (who knows). But, as I write this the TV is on and it is working well. The biggest and most noticeable downside is the sound, it's honestly terrible. I am not an audiophile by any means, but the sound is tinny. I ended up buying a Kogan soundbar to go along with it (a soundbar is absolutely needed, even if you're not an audio snob). Picture quality is about what you would expect. Out-of-the-box, it isn't great. However, take the time to properly set the TV up and this panel looks really decent. I think Kogan uses Samsung panels in their TV's, not sure what panel specifically, but after some setup, it looks great. In terms of responsiveness, I am impressed. Bootup is quite snappy (after initial setup), apps open almost instantly. Performance is great navigating through the apps themselves and thus far, no crashes of any kind either. Stability-wise, the TV seems to be holding up. It has been on for at least 6 hours per day the last week or so. Stays connected to the Wifi and no dropouts either.Purchased in February 2020 for A$469.00.

Do Not Buy any TV from Kogan
This must be the worst company and TV ever. this is the second TV which is still not working the first one had a cracked screen and the replacement one wont turn on this is 6 weeks from the original order, the customer has no way of contacting Kogan via phone only email i have been waiting days and days for a call to collect the second broken TV and be replaced with a third WORKING TV we Hope, i find the whole experience very frustrating DO NOT BUY ANY TVS FROM KOGAN i don't believe anyone actually exists at the office even the responce they sent looks computer generated

Average picture, software is buggy
The picture is washed out
The software is buggy. Android tv is great but the implementation here hangs frequently and has other bugs.
The remote is awful, doesn't get a quick response.
Sound quality is poor, definitely needs a sound bar.

Needs work
Easy to set up.Remote control and Google assistant very slow to Respond. Remote control buttons not set out for ease of use. Apps crash. Picture quality is good for this price range tv. Sound quality is poor.
