Bang for your buck TV
TV is really easy to operate and has been a good buy for the guest room as a small spare TV. Sometimes also use it myself and love the Android TV OS and Cast feature. TV features and display quality is quite good for the price but in future might buy a bigger TV

I purchased this TV from kogan.com on 16/03/2020. The TV features and display quality were fine, however I believe there are better options available for the same price range.
I received the TV in April after waiting 2 weeks because it was a pre-sale purchase. After I setup the TV I started experiencing a problem with the remote which would keeps on pairing, and then unpairing during normal use. When I used the remote a small windows kept appearing in the bottom right corner of the TV saying "device paired".
When this happens the TV lags and...then repeatedly process the last button pressed on the remote. For example, if I pressed the button to change the channel (once), the TV will change the channel several times. This issue prevented me from using the TV normally and it is quite distracting and annoying. After running through multiple troubleshooting steps with Kogan online support (via email) over about a week I was asked to return the TV and sent a replacement unit, for which I had to wait an additional 2 weeks. After setting up the replacement TV I discovered that it was experiencing the same issue with the remote control, which lead me to believe there was an issue with the design on the TV or the Bluetooth module which connects to the remote. In our house we have another smart TV with a similar Bluetooth remote connection and I have never had any pairing issues with it. Because of the issue with the remote I was not able to use the Google Assistant functionality. I would also comment that the sound quality from the TV was also very poor compared to other brands of Smart TV. I found my interactions with Kogan online support frustrating because a different agent would respond to each of my emails. In the end I kept the TV and was given a store credit in the form of a partial refund.
