Customer service

Worst experience with Kogan customer service team. The man who assisted me on the phone was rude and treat customer like we are doing something wrong which I was just ask for assistance nicely but his response is bad

Going to change me $129 !!!

I have purchased a heater that is even more expensive than the usual ones sold in shops from Kogan. Then, 5 minutes after I received this email, I realized this is a fraud. Please be aware of this. Not very good tv’s

The worst tv I’ve ever brought. Keeps turn on and off on its own accord. The internet connection turns off I have to re connect it to the internet every day. I find the product poor quay and would not buy again for these reasons

Wish I could give minus stars

Absolute worst experience dealing with this company and my recent order. Ordered something that was due THIS WEEK. I get an update of it being dispatched and the first available delivery time is 1 week later. I’m now two weeks late for an order due last week. Never again will I order from here and Matt blatt as that’s the company the lounge came from. Show details

Avoid shopping at Kogan

Tv arrived and once set up it became clear that the TV was not a new tv. Screen all blurry. Been trying to get a refund and kogan have made it so difficult for me. TV is 3 weeks old and it looks about 5 years old. Never ever shopping at Kogan again. Absolute scammers. Show details

A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT, no tracking but they say delivered

Purchase treadmill from Kogan March 31. Email with tracking number is meant to be sent when dispatched but this not happen. My account now says delivered April 5 when someone was home all day, no email to confirm delivery and no treadmill arrived. Also with postage so high(over $100) you presume a signature would be required. 3 RED FLAGS (no tracking, no delivery email and no treadmill or signature). Attempts to contact Kogan via customer care ignored. Fraudulent to say delivered with no tracking provided, etc. Over $1100. Was going to purchase a e-bike as well from them but too scared to purchase anything more. These experiences just cause anxiety that nobody should put themselves through. Show details

BUYER BEWARE!!!

These people are snakes!! BEWARE!! They took $99 out of my account for something I didn't willingly sign up for!! Heaps of others have had the same trouble! They never answer when contacting them. I've contacted them 4 times with no response!!

Incorrectly charged Kogan Membership fee even without buying anything

Kogan charged me First Membership fee when I did not buy anything after browsing and thinking maybe I would (but decided against). That was 19 December 2023. Asked for refund of that $99 fee.

Have had sporadic reply from them asking more details and telling me someone looking into it - same message every time with no progress. Am confident I sent every detail needed. Last contact was 21 March 2024 and have not heard back.
Kogan give me back my $99 that you should not have taken in the first place.

Horrible experience for customers

Kogan only reacts here that's why positing the review. Again for a 2nd time, we have issue with the address and customer care. They are not willing to change the address even though the seller is Kogan. Took my money and no response. The order is stuck. Absolutely horrible service. I am requesting Kogan to rectify issue ASAP as this is their issue. Many times now Kogan seems to ignore emails to customer care. Hopeless. Not going to buy from them again. The billing address was correct on my account but Kogan likes to make trouble with the address and take the money from people.
