I ordered this product in June, there was a push in this product a few months later. I was told the product was delayed, though the product was pushed. I got an email saying please tell us how happy you are with the delivery when I still haven't received the product.

Very bad experience with the purchase with Kogan and their customer service is very bad. Purchased a compressor for 8 year old boy, the measurement mentioned on the website is totally different then the item received. Customer service is very negative and bad, never recommend anyone to purchase from Kogan.

Hopeless Dispatch and Delivery
There is no way to pick up the phone and call a human, everything is email contact. I waited 3 days for an order and then upon contacting Toll/ipec, THEY TOLD ME THEY HAVENY RECIEVED A REQUEST TO PICKUP AND DELIVER MY TV. I contacted Kogan also by Facebook, and what a hopeless response. Why have Facebook and a message service if you cant answer peoples questions. I will be looking at other online stores after this bad experience.
No customer support
Bought a TV for caravan July 2020. Went for 2nd trip sept 2020 and wouldn't work, sent a message to customer support and guess what no answer. Second time they have not supported.

Poor Customer Service
So my parcel has had no tracking history for 12 days from Melbourne to Adelaide. I keep contacting their help desk and they just send me an automated response blaming covid etc as a delay.
After I rang Australia post they said it is likely that the parcel wasn't even dispatched just a tracking number recorded.
The customer service puts no effort into helping, hate to think how hard it will be if need to make a warranty claim.
Wont be buying anything form this place anymore, if you have an issue you will get no help.

I purchased a ‘ex display’ iphone for almost $500. When it finally arrived it was dead and didn’t work. I sent it back and have not received a replacement.....nearly 8 weeks ago!

Kogan 24 inch curved gaming monitor
I ordered a kogan 24 inch gaming monitor on 8th November 2020. It said it will take 2-3 days to dispatch from warehouse. But guess what it has been two weeks still not dispatched. I contacted kogan so many times but they keep on saying that it will dispatch soon. And then one day suddenly they updated me that my monitor will be dispatched on 17th of December which is more than a month time period. I can get a monitor from any part of the world in less than this time. I wanted to cancel the order but again they said its being processed and told ...me that I won't be able to get my refund. I can send it back when I get it as change of mind but only to get store credit. This is a pure evil business they are doing. I don't understand how they are operating in a country like Australia. Never ever buy any product from kogan. May be you will get it or even not. No one knows.

I have never in my life dealt with a company which values it's customers less than Kogan. The slogan is ”in order to keep prices low”. Since going public the only thing Kogan seems to be interested in is putting profits first.
Kogan support offers no option to speak to a real person. You are only given template responses by people who don’t care and Kogan never takes responsibility when they make mistakes. No remediation is offered, no sympathy, compassion or care.
I ordered an item which I needed urgently. I purchased express postage, acci...dent protection and insurance. The item was not dispatched after a day, so I sent an email to follow up. I was told that my order would be dispatched by the end of the day. At 6pm I received a template email stating that ”due to circumstances beyond our control we are unable to fulfil your order”. No substitute was offered, no remeditation effort. All subsequent emails in response to my requests for information or remediation were met with the same blunt, template, thoughtless responses. This is not the first time I have encountered issues with Kogan.
They jumped to sign me up to their spam.
Have not received item yet, but as soon as I gave them my details to send me updates about my package they signed me up for updates about their deals on both email and SMS, and there were 2 different places to unsubscribe myself from it. The site also confusingly lists sold out products amongst items actually for sale which is tedious to sort through.
No product, no refund & no customer support
I purchased an air fryer from Kogan. The item arrived promptly, and we happily used it in accordance with the info provided for a week. Then I received "updated safety information" stating that the product should be used with a heat proof mat underneath & minimum of 30cm from the wall. The product does not fit on a kitchen bench while maintaining a 30cm clearance from the wall. If an appliance requires additional accessories to make it safe - then the product itself is not actually safe.

Zero Rating For Kogan's Deplorable Reputation From Every Angle
Save yourself a lot of grief....... do not buy even a box of matches from these criminals. I can only guess they havent gone broke yet because they have limitless money behind them.
Against my better judgement, my wife ignored me a proceeded to buy a Kogan brand Toaster costing a small fortune. Days after the warranty it died. Got the run around and swore never again. Pulled out the $20 K-Mart toaster which was considered "Plain Jane" as it had no "features" but has been going faultlessly for over 5 years, and still is.

Deep dish pie maker - burns the top and leaves the rest of the pastry uncooked
I tried to make apple pies and the pie maker just burns the top of the pie to a black crisp and left the bottom still uncooked all soggy and raw. a waste of money. I would not recommend it

The promise of delivery within a week never happened. I had to wait for weeks and weeks. I bought the item for the gift which never arrived on time as advertised in your web site. So I told them to return it which they agreed but never honoured the promise to refund and return.
These guys are fraud I would say.

The quality, safety, and customer service deficit is bad enough at the best of times. I purchased a simple kitchen appliance and the safety information was 'updated' after purchase - making the appliance impossible to use for intended purpose. I wouldn't be taking that risk with the health & safety of an already vulnerable person.
If the item is unsuitable/unsafe etc, you are unlikely to get any satisfaction from Kogan's abysmal customer service - even if you are legally entitled to a refund.
Check out the ACCC actions against Kogan for false & mishandled conduct, and the Shonky award from Choice for their failures to provide refunds under ACL.
