I went with them as they had good reviews on product reviews. But I wasn't impressed at all. I have to contact for everything myself. I was allocated a conveyncer who never EVER contacted me. The only contact she made was on the day of settlement with such a cold response. Normally you get congratulated that its all settled, home is yours etc etc... nothing like that..
all I received are emails from one other person (not my conveynecer) and usually ever email was scary,... "if you didn't do in Thi particular time frame contract will be cancelled or fine etc etc"
I must say KRG made this process very stressful for me.. I didn't enjoy dealing with them.
Used these guys when purchasing our first home. Impossible to get in contact with the agent and had a serious 'You're not worth my time' attitude the entire time. Sent all of our personal documents to the wrong email addresses (causing us to miss contract deadlines) and then had the audacity to try to shift the blame on us (even though all details we provided were accurate). Would not recommend to anyone, save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.
I have just recently have sold a property using KRG conveyancing. The first time we used them to buy a house they were great then this time around we had so many issues and sent several emails relating to there negligence and poor customer service and then they don't resolve the issues but say we are at fault. Never use this company for anything as they are untrustworthy and could lose money or defently have your settlement pushed back and you get blamed.
Cheap yes you get what you oay
Yes they are cheap, you get what you pay for. Did they do the conveyancing, yes they did. Was it smooth, no, did they get it right no, wrong forms for signing, no attention to detail, overall service is poor, return of calls and email at best slow, absolutely zero guidance, could not do anything except follow someone else's direction, when issues arose, no ability to see a client perspective, poor attention to detail and overall a poor experience. Would certainly never use them again, poor value for money, lack of customer service and probab...ly because it was an investment property and I was interstate encouraged a slack approach. Think carefully as to what you want with a conveyancer, I have used others in NSW previously with far more attention to getting things right and doing the job effectively, not just slap dash.

They would have to be the rudest, arrogant company I have ever given my business to.
All the paralegals that do your work are upstarts... [name removed] needs to learn the customer service status of the company...

Avoid if you are a 1st home buyer
I was recommended KRG by a colleague of mine as she received excellent service. Unfortunately, my experience wasn't the same. It's important to note that I was a first home buyer with zero experience in this area. The following will detail my extremely stressful and unpleasant experience:
1. I had no idea that I would be dealing with a range of conveyancing officers. 5 in total, making the level of customer service impersonal. I was sent 'cut and paste' information- which always went straight into my Junk Mail as each email was from a random p...erson. (Had I known, I would have checked my Junk mail regularly rather than missed important information) 2. My main officer used a lot of conveyancing jargon which went straight over my head. I had to ask my officer on numerous occasions to use more appropriate language as I was a 1st home buyer and had no idea what they were eluding to. 3. I had to call the Firm partner on two occasions to clarify what my conveyancing officer emailed me. I also had my colleagues and even my Bank Branch Manager read the emails which I received and they too were confused. In retrospect, I would have used a smaller firm, which would have provided more tailored and personable service for somebody with little knowledge in this area.
Warning do not use these conveyancing firm
I would highly discourage anybody from using this conveyancing firm as there customer service is non existent. I've spent the last 6 weeks trying to resolve a issue with my settlement from June and after contacting them via email and phone more then several times over the 6 week period and even asking to speak to the manager in regards to this matter, I was constantly met with they will call you back tomorrow, we are looking into it and will contact you tomorrow or just no response at all. I have now been forced to lodge a complaint with the le...gal services commission n I would encourage anybody else who has had an issue with this company to do the same. Very disappointing considering your website states that your company provides excellent client care by experienced staff maybe you should train them to return phone calls.
KRG - The experts in poor service
Most businesses are fine to deal with when everything is going well, but it's when problems arise that the differences between the good and poor become very apparent. As a property developer, I've dealt with many conveyancers over the years, and i would rate KRG in the bottom quartile. CW at KRG never replied to any of my email queries, and did the absolute minimum that she thought she could get away with. I phoned the manager to make a complaint and was dumbstruck at his poor attitude towards service - I don't see much hope for change with thi...s business. If price is the most important factor to you, then please do your research as there are other similar priced conveyancing firms that have a totally different attitude towards customer service.
Did not return calls.
Paid $695 for a service and all my elderly mother has experienced is stress.

It took nearly 2 weeks before I physically spoke to my contact at KRG. Whenever I call her I get voicemail & she doesn’t return calls. Very frustrating, lack of communication, lack of information, calls not returned, I have bought & sold several times in the past & this is by far the worst service I have ever received at what is already a stressful time
What a mess!
Wish I had read the reviews on KRG before engaging them for the purchase of my property. They were so incapable of providing any level of service whatsoever.
I was foolish to not terminate their services earlier when problems became apparent. I figured that surely they can facilitate a basic property transaction… I was very wrong.
Absolutely none of my approximately 10 phone calls were returned, I never actually spoke to my conveyancing professional, emails and phone calls seeking basic clarifications were ignored, or at best took several day...
Abrupt phone conversations- Never again
KRG Conveyancing has been extremely abrupt. You ask them questions over the phone as they are so slow with their emails and they are so quick to shut you off with their abrupt answers. They have no patience to your queries. It is pointless emailing them so a phone call would seem reasonable. But no.... they are quick to dismiss your questions and making you feel dumb. Well of course, I have to ask questions, I need professional advice here and that is why I am engaging in your service.

Hope I never deal with this company again. They did not answer my emails and phone calls. They would have to be the worst company I have dealt with. Never again.
All the bad reviews are correct
Like other people have mentioned, if you like not being able to get hold of your conveyancer, their assistant or their assistants assistant, or even the telephone answering lady who quickly connects you to someone else so she doesn't have to listen to your complaint, then by all means please use them.
All calls go to voicemail, voicemails are not responded to. Then, once you finally do get hold of the person you are after, they claim they haven't gotten any of your messages or emails.
In all honesty this business feels like it is being run ...by school girls who spend far too much time conversing at the office and not enough business being done. After all, we are only talking about conveyancing services, not like it's anything really important, right girls? Never, ever again. The 10% discount for returning customers is not worth the hassle.
Stay away from these guys...
Was very disappointed with KRG. Found their service to be very unprofessional and dishonest. I think they need to rethink how they do things or they will get exposed very fast. When dealing with large amounts of money, the business systems has to be on point. Would highly recommend not using KRG!

Hello Mark, we paid $1,100 but everyone is in different situation, but they do give you a quote before they start, so give them a call we have gone with them twice, with no problems.
Hi Mark. I recently sold. I paid about $24 for a title search and then about $650 from the proceeds of sale at settlement.
I like the fact the quote is 'all up' and you don't get charged extra fees. Online quote is easy to do. (Gosh I sound like a paid promo!)
I have also used twice with no problems.
We have two properties that we will be putting up for sale both are rental properties in two different areas will be able to get a discount for both properties.
Airlie beach is a rental in resort apartment. Second property is a house in spring Ike’s lakes both have tenants in at the moment
