As new red wine drinkers we have been very impressed with the varied but great tasting wines made available to us. Assistance with wine selection is helpful and the subsequent delivery process is very prompt.

Enjoy our wines from WinePeople. Always able to find an enjoyable dozen and lots of variety available. We especially enjoy the RedHeds studio wines and the unusual varietals. Always arrives promptly. They are true to their guarantee too when I haven’t been happy (only happened once and was replaced by a particularly good wine).

The wine selection is generally very good at really reasonable prices and delivery is prompt sothat you can enjoy your selection promptly. I would appreciate a couple of South African wines being added to the red selection.

Always delighted to receive a case of wine from Laithwaites. The wines are reasonably priced, the service is great, the website easy to navigate. Its good to be able to order a case of wine from overseas if I feel like a change from our fabulous Aussie reds.

The wines are brilliant, the selections are amazing, yes there are cheaper clubs or bottle shops but the value of the wines are remarkable, very happy with Laithwaite's. I am not a wine connoisseur but through Laithwaite's I'm learning very quickly the differences in the different types of wine.

They source good wines especially from Australian producers and delivery is always prompt
I have never had to send anything back and obviously some wines are better than others but always great value for money

Poor wine, no customer service and most of all instead of giving a refund they take more money from your credit card and hope you won’t notice. Tottal sleaze, stay well clear.

Ordered 12 bottles of different reds as advertise in the West Australian paper, only received two of the reds advertise. I didn't receive 12 bottles but 6 two each of the same wine. Will not return my emails. Will not deal with this mob again.

Amanda gives us excellent advice on which wines are available to suit our current needs. Great to have a variety of wines which have always been very enjoyable. Definitely five stars for customer service, product and prompt delivery.
