Well done
First of all, people need to stop complaining that they bought the wrong thing. That isn't the fault of laptop plus. Secondly I am very pleased with the speed in which I was able to get the new charger for my laptop, because of it only taking just over a day(I ordered it at 9pm Monday and it came some time around midday on Wednesday) I was able to complete my assignments that were due on Friday.

Not worth the 1 star
DO NOT BUY FROM LAPTOP PLUS! I would have given them zero stars but couldn't, took 4 calls to process a refund and 2 calls to initiate the return process. Laptop Plus are the most excruciating retailer I have ever dealt with.
Was sold product with an incorrect product description and was slugged postage fee for product to be delivered, postage fee for product to be returned for refund and $10 cancellation/restocking fee. Paid all these fees due to an error on Laptop Plus' website.

l is non-existent, I would not recommend anyone buying form this scam company and were not conciliatory over their mistake. Their 24 hour delivery guarantee is also incorrect it took them 24 hours just to process the order for dispatch despite following their time constraints and limitations on ensuring 24 hour delivery.Similar opinion? Excellent service
A1 service. Ordered new battery & power adapter for Asus laptop 10.30 am Thursday & received it Friday 10 am.

Stay away from this company
Ordered charger 9 Feb told on 12 Feb it was not in stock and they said they would notify a delivery date later. By 16 Feb I had not been given an ETA so I emailed requesting order cancelled I have sent a total of 3 emails requesting order cancelled and monies refunded. The last email on 26 Feb. They have not replied to any email. They seem happy to keep the money.

No After Sales Customer Service
I purchased the incorrect charger for my laptop and have been trying to arrange to return the charger and obtain a refund or exchange for 2 weeks. Two requests for an RMA have been lodged with zero response.
Will not buy from them again.

What a con
We were sent the wrong battery and had to pay for the postage back and then they refused to send the correct battery without us paying for another ten dollars in postage. Have been waiting for delivery for 2 weeks. Buy local in your own state, these people are not to be relied on for trusted business practices, you pay for their mistakes.

Terrible customer service
Long story short - appalling customer service and false promises of refunds. Do not buy from this site.
I ordered a charger from here and when it came it was the wrong one (this was my fault, I had misread the specs), so I sent in a returns request and ordered another charger. When the next charger came it fit my laptop but didn't charge, so I sent another returns request on the grounds that it was faulty. was told that they had only received one of the chargers. I sent them at the same time in the same way, so I highly doubt this. Nevertheless I was willing to let it go and just get the refund for one of them since the first charger was my fault anyway (although if they weren't willing to refund it they shouldn't have approved the request and made me pay to send it back). The guy on the phone told me that he was sending the refund through as we spoke - at this point I was not very happy with the service as there had been no communication on their end and I was quite sure they were to blame for the 'lost' charger. Once again, I was willing to just cut my losses and take the refund I could get. However, the refund never came through. It has now been 2 weeks and I have just called and the guy on the phone told me he had to talk to the manager and would send it through, but I'm not holding my breath. So far I have spent $200 in the chargers and the return shipping with nothing to show for it. I strongly encourage you NOT to buy from this site. November 7th 2017 Update: Update on previous review After previously having failed to get a refund (see previous 1 star review) I really thought I would never get my money back, but I finally talked to someone actually useful and my refunds were processed. It's not a scam, but some of their customer service people are really terrible. If you really need a charger quickly, go ahead and buy from there but if the charger isn't correct prepare to go through a lot to get your refund. WARNING!!!
Bought Acer Aspire R7-371T AC Adapter in June 2017 - that also came in as generic charger, which I didn't mind, but it stopped working two month later. Send the charger back in August, describing the fault and received a reply that it was tested in the store and 100 % working. After trying to resolve the matter and not receiving even a reply from the store I ended up without charger, no refund, and no reply to the complaint letter either.
After being fully ignored by the store I went through the ACCC and Consumer Affairs.

with this guys, asked even if they can return my faulty product for it to be assessed with the Tribunal for legally binding determination (independent services to establish if the product is working or not). They obviously ignored that request as well. So in my opinion they just re-sell same products that were returned by other customers and the only response you will get is the one I received "tested in store 100% working" My suggestion to all the unfortunate people as myself is to ask the bank to do the "Charge back" - you will have more luck this way. If you can provide copies of your receipts, your attempts to resolve the matter and full ignorance from the store owners - you will get your money back. Amazing Service
This is my second buy from Laptop Plus online shop. I've bought a replacement power supply and then a replacement battery for a second PC.
They're not glamorous buys but they're the kind of items I need now, not in two weeks. I live in country SA so I never expect fast delivery.
I ordered my battery yesterday morning and it was on my doorstep in country SA less than 24 hours later. My first order also arrived in a couple of days. Outstanding. Thank-you Kindly Laptop Plus, for great customer service.

False Claims and Ignored Requests
I ordered a Dell laptop battery from this mob on the basis that they had it in stock, it was genuine, and they would deliver in three business days. I needed it urgently as I was leaving Australia within two weeks.
A week (!!) after placing the order they emailed to say it was not in stock and that they would deliver when it was available.
I emailed back to cancel the order and request a refund. No response. I emailed twice again to different addresses but still no response. My email tracker tells me they have not even opened my emails.
I will continue to email them but I am very upset!!. As another reviewer has stated, I will contact the ACCC about these people.

Desperately needed a new Macbook charger immediately, as my line of work relies heavily on working on my laptop, but live in the absolute middle of no where. I have also bought a charger from Apple itself which is yet to arrive. I genuinely thought Laptop Plus was a scam because of all the negative reviews, but $60 wasn't a lot to lose. EXTREMELY happy with their service! Very simple website and payment design, and, as promised, it was delivered the next day. Honestly trustworthy, would recommend!

The worst service!
I have never been that disappointed in any kind on customer service. I ordered myself a laptop charger as their webpage promises next day delivery. I placed my order on 15th of April and until today (18th of September) I haven't received the charger nor got the refund, although I have been in touch with them a lot and I've promised to get the refund at least 5 times. It's shameful that a business doesn't care of its customers at all.

I ordered a charger from Laptop plus. I received a charger that DID NOT CHARGE at all!!!. Two days after I received it I asked them for an "RMA" return approval. I wrote the RMA number inside and outside the BOX!! Then I paid the postage to return the item to the address they told me.

Wrong product sent - takes over a month, still haven't received correct product
I ordered from Laptop plus due to their 24hr delivery promise, which initially was fulfilled with the wrong product being sent. e calling that they decided to actually send me the product I paid for. Still unsure if they have actually posted the product, as I had to call twice in one day to receive a tracking number (that doesn't seem active according to Australia post). They dont care once they take your money
Another annoyed customer. They sent out a dodgy battery. Paid far more than their competition thinking they would be good, but they have sent one generic email saying i still have the old battery on (what the?) and have ignored the rest.. been waiting weeks for a response.
They obviously don't care for gaining repeat business. Dodgy industry.

The online site was really easy to understand and use, it was quickly able to identify the battery I needed and order it.
Delivery was very efficient, from Adelaide SA to WA, delivered the next working day. :-)

Terrible customer service
They are a very unprofessional company... I ordered a battery that was supposed to be overnight delivery... but it was out of stock so more than 3 weeks later it has still not been recieved... I have emailed them politely many times asking for information but they have not been replying... I would recommend avoiding this company and buy off someone more reputable instead.
