I got a battery for a 10 yr old dell laptop, which no one else had the stock for. Placed the order online. Recieved the acknowledgement, but no comms for another 4 days. Called them again and said he was going to ship that day and recieved it within few days after that.

They have a comprehensive list of laptops and matching chargers on their website, making it easy to select a compatible charger.

My order was delivered overnight as advertised - from Adelaide to Sydney. Tracking was provided too.

The charger is not an original brand so I don't know how it will work longer term or what their after sales service is like. So far, all is good!
