Wouldnt reccomend it!
Latitude are the wprst Finance company I have ever dealt with. They were hacked and had my data stolen. They then disabled their app so that I could no longer access my loan account or make extra payments. The Bpay details in the new portal are incorrect and I had to call the 3 times to get the correct details. In the mean time I have been charged a ridiculous amount in overdue fees despite being unable to make any payments due to their system. On top of all this they charge $13 per month for a direct debit which is entirely automatic!Spiro Politis Victoria

Disgusting
Double charged me multiple times. Had to call up 3 times as the call centre staff overseas told me to make a Manuel payment as the direct debit wouldn’t go through only to find out it charged me twice as the direct debit did indeed go through. Avoid these scammers
Avoid this company at all cost! I paid bulk of my due balance so only had a few hundred remaining, then all of a sudden every month i get a dishonour fee even though i have more than enough in my bank account to cover the monthly repayments, has happened on my last 3 repayments, funnily enough it started directly after paying off 90% of my owed balance. Just an attempt at them getting more money out of the customer's, they dont contact you in regards to these fees. They just randomly take them out. Avoid avoid avoid. Absolutely my worst nightmare
Absolutely abhorrent company. Doesn’t close accounts when paid out. Then refuses to provide closure proof. Repeatedly hangs up on you when you ask for simple documentation. Ruphinder from India just terminated 3 of my calls requesting proof I had closed my account and have been waiting weeks for evidence my account that latitude kept open without my knowledge for over 2 years, has finally been closed post previous communications over a week ago. Dodgy
Leaked all my information and don't take any accountability. Found out they are charging me a $35 late fee for a closed account on top of the 29.99% on balance left.With their overseas call centre they don't give you the option of not recording the call or at least deleting the call after completed, which is part of the Telecommunications Act. IVR is terrible, after sitting in it for 5 minutes hung up on me. Finally got through and so far call has dropped out twice as they work from home and the latency is terrible. Been on the phone for an hour and I give up.

Pathetic
Absolutely pathetic and useless customer service. After multiple support tickets and calls to customer service (overseas speaking poor english) I still haven't received a basic loan statement as requested.Stay clear of this mob - they should not be allowed to do business.

Pathetic customer service and products
Lattitude will happily accept a payment into a closed account and not inform you.Lattitude CSR will give miss information on the phone.
Lattitude voice recognition does not work.
Lattitude also takes over 7 days to transfer fund between a closed account and an open account.

Awful
Genuinely awful. Incomprehensible call centre with a very long audio delay and terrible microphones. Loan application for a relatively low amount was denied after a week and a half because the overseas call centre operator could not comprehend why my YTD income was lower than my current income, despite several explanations that my government employment contract is Jan-Dec and as such would never match the YTD as it increases every year. “I need to ask my supervisor” and denied the next day with no word. Stated reason was due to information received from credit report, which is a cop-out for being thrown in the too hard basket. Hard credit check that will stay on your account.Tina Sydney, NSW

BAD EMPLOYEES
Zero stars and I’m not even a customer. I own a small business and have a 1300 number so I pay for customers to call me and they are leaving voicemails on their customers numbers to call my 1300 number and I receive a few calls per day. I tried getting in contact with person in charge but they would not let me and the female I spoke to was rude and not helpful at all. Just bad service
There was a time when dealing with latitude was pleasant, as in, results were obtained. I don't know what the hell happened but this business has gone downhill with a bullet. They don't speak english, they fail to reply to emails in an orderly time and fashion, they cannot grasp the simple requests put in front of them and still they waste your time with emails back and forth. What a shame that this company has failed so badly, used to be great. I guess I can only move on to the next, more helpful, finance company.Transparency
