Terrible customer service
They strung me along for over 3 weeks before finally giving me an outcome for my application. I had to chase them all the way, they never called back like promised. Avoid at all costs.

Called to get a statement advised by the customer service representative it would arrive via email within 6 hours
Suprise suprise did not arrive called straight away the flowing morning only to be told it takes 24 to 48 hours.
Advised that they only send 2 statements year. However have not received anything at all. I asked to speak to a supervisor and no further help. And yo be advised they were a call centre in india .

Worse company ever. Very high interest rate and poor customer service. They never send you statements and still refuse to send statement out even if you request one . I phoned them on three different occasions requesting for my motor loan statement and they never sent me my statement. I will never recommend this financial company to anyone.
Tricky financial payment!
I have an "interest-free" purchase from Apple reference.
So basically, we still need to pay $5 every month, even you purchase Mac mini only for $1.4k. so 5x12/1400, it's 4.28% interest annual. it sounds good from here. But ..
After the first month, they will let you pay directly from your bank with no "Payment handling fee", and after that this "payment handling fee" will continuously add up into your credit every time you pay. It's 20% of monthly fee => add up to $6 a month => interest rate up to 5.15% .
The reason is "Payment handling fee" which mean you can pay directly from your bank, need to go through 3rd party such as BPAY(cheapest $0.95), Paypal...etc..
Awful facilities. Feels a bit like a con. Don’t use.

Live chat service is useless - the app logs you out every few minutes so it just continuously shuts you off.
Finding the actual assistance is like a needle in a haystack.
Can’t make repayments via the app unless your account is 30 days overdue.
Customer service only available 9-5 Monday to Friday.
Lack of transparency.
Never received final loan documents despite requesting these.

Absolutely disgusting company, calls during the busiest times of day then when trying to call back, stay on hold and then get immediately disconnected. Taking advantage of people in need and flirting with the grey area of the law they care absolutely nothing for customers and are barbaric opportunists at best, knowing slippery thieves at worst. I'd rather eat my own hands than ever attempt to deal with them again.
Interest at the highest % daily, the government should step in and close this Fraud business.
Ask for a statement of transactions, hidden... Ask for the interest details, hidden... Interest tanks on daily, do not join Latitude. What kind of business does that for customer service.
GE Hiding under new name
Rude customer service. Bombarded you with information, and a lot of it is hidden in contracts. They won't give you the information you need, simply refer you back to the loan documents later. From $276 i pay a month, only about $40 goes to the loan (Remainder is interest). They charge $1.50 per transaction when you try and pay early. When i stated I would go to the ombudsman for being penalized in relation to making additional payments - was advised to "go right ahead, its in your contracts" - they fail to advise you anything else at the time y...ou ask questions. I was also cut off from emailing " If you need anything else jump on the support page or call". AVOID at all costs, and speak to financial planners prior to accepting any loans with these guys

Do not waste 1 second with this company, very rude staff ([name removed]). On top of that they lie any application will result in a mark against your credit rating, which they conveniently leave out when talking to them. Contrary to what they say this will affect your credit score important when trying to apply for finance.
Everything was fine until they closed my credit card..... not one word of it.
Was good until they closed my credit card with out adviseing me and no one could tell me for a week what happened hight interstet rates was easy to apply
