So I gave it a try and ordered a single to test it out. The initial 'smell' that others may have reviewed was mostly gone within 3 days, and totally non-existent within a month. I don't even smell anything now when I sleep on it, even face down.

What I did notice was a much firmer sleeping experience, yet soft enough to hug the contours of your body. It did feel warmer than my 'ventilated' spring mattress, and I've had to go to bed with less on that before, and yet not feeling cold even in the heart of winter. This would also depend on your donna. So for warm sleepers, this might be for you. If not, you might find it too hot during summer. But I can't say yet because I haven't tried it during summer. It may be that the foam ventilates better in warmer weather.

All in all a good purchase. Don't think I'll be returning it, In fact, I might be waiting for the next offer to buy my next one!

Bed good. Service non existent. Fake company? – Despite a seemingly good value and comfortable mattress, they undermine their product with terrible service. They claim a good review will result in a matching pillow. It never arrived. They don't reply to email, requests or phone calls. Do Not Trust This Company – My experience: I ordered and paid for a single mattress on 25/09/16 and as of 2/11/16 have not received the product. I contacted the company by email and received an apologetic reply stating they were having issues with their delivery company but was not provided with an estimated delivery date. Please allow 1-2 business days for delivery in these areas. If same-day delivery is crucial, let us know and we’ll do our best to prioritize your order. Most other deliveries are made within 1-3 business days. However, if you live in a rural area of Australia it can take up to 8 business days."

I have now requested a full refund and intend to lodge a complaint with the Department of Fair Trading.
