Great customer service, reliability and speed
I never imagined I'd be leaving a review for an ISP (they're all rubbish right?) but I have been pleasantly surprised with Leaptel. I moved into an lbnco address about a month ago and was having a terrible experience with another ISP that I won't name. I moved to Leaptel on Thursday last week and all my problems disappeared. Speed is where it should be day and night (normally just under 100Mbps), dropouts vanished, and now I'm dealing with local Australian based support.
Oh and I'm paying exactly the same price I was with my old provider who had off-shore support and a terrible experience (and who blamed lbnco the entire time for the issues).
Thanks so much to Brendan and Blake who answered my questions and handled my order.

High speed and quality always
I have been using Leaptel for my internet for over 6 months on LBNCo and it has been great. I have always been getting my speed when I test and it has been super reliable. I had to call up once to fix up my direct debit (forgot I could use the portal) and got straight through with no wait time to someone in Australia. Refreshing change from dealing with other internet companies where everyone is offshore and sometimes difficult to understand.
Can't recommend them highly enough.

I moved to Leaptel after continued dissatisfaction with my former ISP. Customer Service was non existent, helpfulness a foreign word. I had already organised a new connection with Leaptel when I came home to another internet outage. Usual thing "incorrect username or password". After several attempts, using the correct information, I rang the ISP. After a 15 minute wait, I was disconnected after advising my account details. I rang Leaptel on the off chance that the connection was set up. It was and I have a great conversation with Katie and the connection details relayed and successfully set up. Pleasantly surprised!
I had no idea about getting Internet connection after moving into a new home, after very many phone calls misdirection and hair pulling I found leaptel could organise everything, lots of locals advised against leaptel but don't be put off! I find it's perfect for me and have had no bother whatsoever well done everyone!

Best Service Ever - Thank you Rob!
Excellent customer service and excellent internet speed. In February 2020 my son moved into a unit in Brisbane and started Uni, so a reliable high-speed internet connection was very important. The building wasn't connected to the NBN, instead the connection was thru LBNCo who provided a list of ISP's to choose from. Rob spent several hours on the phone with me trouble shooting the setup parameters for this modem - he even found the manual online and read up on it before calling me back to advise me of the new configuration settings. Rob got it all working and the connection is just so fast, my son is thrilled, he also games a lot and tells me that the speed is awesome. I spoke to Rob several times on the phone during this process, he was always easy to contact (no overseas call centers) and followed up with a confirmation email once everything was working well. Rob was great to talk with, he explained everything clearly and was very patient - a real professional. This is probably some of the best customer service I've ever received from any company, subsequently I highly recommend Leaptel to anyone. While we can't always help with hardware we haven't provided, it sounds like Rob went above and beyond to assist you. I'll make sure your glowing words are passed on to him. The value of no-overseas call-centres really shines through at the moment. We were able to quickly transition to work from home arrangements for our staff, whereas larger providers who employ offshore arrangements actually closed their call-centres and were very difficult to contact during this very difficult time. Fastest home internet I have ever used in Australia
Two weeks ago we moved to our new property where LBNco was the provider, I was nervous and didn't want to move from Telstra, but I had no choice. I did some research and decided to signup with Leaptel on a month to month contract.
The signup process was easy and fast. Received credentials within 48hrs of signing up.
Deployment was seamless, Setup PPPoE on my apple time-capsule router without any issues (amazed).

Fantastic Customer Service

Go with Leaptel - outstanding customer service
With several LBN Co providers, I went with Leaptel with its good reviews. I'm so glad I did. The setup has been seamless and support team was always there. Recently our building had a fault that resulted to an outage in service. Contacted Leaptel through their chat, and they took care of contacting LBN. I got multiple updates by text the following morning from LBN's arrival at our building, the cause of the issue and up to its resolution. I didn't have to follow up at all. This is where they excel. Happy with LBN speeds and service so far as well. Don't hesitate, sign up with them.
