Terrible signal in Brisbane
I switched to Lebara in round November 2018. I can’t send MMS since Jan 2019. It didn’t bother me as I only send MMS to fewer friends so I have been emailing them since then. By the way, i normally have 2-3 bars signal in the open city area.
My plan allows me to call overseas. Yes, I can make a call, but my family can’t hear me at all!!!. This problem started from May 2019.
My plan will be expired in about 3 months. Now I found I can’t even text message anyone!! I started not receiving text message since August 2019.
I’m using IPhone, checked...with Apple staff, tried reset. It didn’t work. I called Lebara 2 days ago. Follows instruction to restart my phone, no help at all. The call centres said they will send me an email to reset MMS. I double checked this with the call centre staff as the Lebara sim automatically lock/install the sim setting that you cannot manually put the proxy things in. Yes, I got the email just now. It’s a rest for Android phone. What?! I’ll call and complain again. But I really don’t think I will get what I want. What a waste of money.

for almost 3 weeks ,we got no reception in suburb of The ponds (2769) ,contacted costumer service ,very rude respond and no solution .
I contacted the help line a few time ,every time different answer ,the lebara customer service is a joke
