Good value for money
The sim was ported over in 3 hrs of putting request in. Someone up in thread was whinging porting took forever if you wont put account no with previous service provider ofcourse it will take forever. Signals are a bit weak where i live but every other company has been the same.overall i m pretty happy with lebara package.
Worst mobile provider I have experienced in the last 20 years.
Absolutely ridiculous experience, nothing but incompetence and wasted time from the moment I purchased a plan and tried to port my number in. It has been over 2 weeks since activating the provided sim card and filling in the mobile number port details and I STILL HAVE NO MOBILE SERVICE AND MY NUMBER IS STILL NOT PORTED OVER.
I have contacted customer support almost every day over the last 2 weeks and every time it is the same two responses:
1. "Oh we're sorry our system was down, we'll resubmit your port request and it will be activated in 4...
Good Service and Customer care
I have been using Lebara medium plans since last few months without any complaints. Being happy with their service I have recharged my account with Lebara Large plan for next 2 years using their voucher codes during the recent sale. If you make international calls, Lebara is the best pre-paid service provider.

Happy about Lebara Customer Care
Their network coverage is good and price reasonable. I have been with Lebara for more than a year.
Also, I had an issue with charging my sim card and tried reaching their Customer Care. Though the waiting times can be long depending on when you call them, the issue was resolved without a hassle.
I purchased this sim knowing I will get a good service. It was a mistake purchasing this sim. Customer service was so bad I ask for a refund and they never give it back to me. You try to chat them they shut you off and you call them they put you on hold until your call drop off. I am warning you do not buy or engage this service

Data download is is also very good no issues

Has been almost one year I am Custumer with this company I absolutely not happy with their data system I have five GB data as soon as kicked In i received a message that my dataalmost 5% Used that makes me concerned the 5GB I have is real I am waiting for more a contract to be over Looking for another provider to be satisfy
Total value for money
Love their service and have been using it for over a year. I make a lot of international calls and this works out really well for me. Their pricing is the best in the market for the services offered. I was with Vodafone earlier paying a higher price but now I get the same network at a cheaper price. The only disadvantage would be no roaming available when travelling abroad but otherwise no complaints. Their website could be a bit better.

Internet struggles to even crawl
They are rolling out some good offers and I got lured by one such offer that is offering me unlimited international calling and 16 GB/month of data, now realising that how would it matter if it is 16GB or 60GB if internet speed is that slow that anything you can see on your mobile is spinning wheel all the time. Worst when in train.
Signed up on one of their 50% off deals... So far so good.
I signed up to Lebara's 99 for 180 day offer. This worked out to be 16per month or there abouts. In terms of value for money, this is easily the most competitive mobile prepaid plan on the market. You do get what you pay for, Vodafone is the smallest network in the country, however if most of your time is spent within 100kms of the CBD, you will rarely find any issues or blackspots (vodafail days seem to be long gone). I was previously with Telstra, and whilst their coverage and speeds were more consistent, I find this Lebara service to be more...than adequate, with surprisingly quick speeds both at home and work. Would love to see VOLTE and VOWIFI offered soon, but taking into account the price, this is a very acceptable service. Dont regret making the switch one bit. Thank you!

So annoying to deal with, customer service phone line never seems to connect! I tried activating my SIM card and recharged $15. The man on the phone assured me it would be working within 4-6hrs... a day later im still trying to contact them, now trying to get a refund. Seriously... just go with Optus or Telstra!
cheap plan and very cheap company
Recently join Lebara mobile, obvious reason was cheap plan rate specially for 6 monthly plan. Since I start using network, Vodafone off course, network disappear from phone whenever it wish. Some time when people trying to contact me, it says to them (my) phone is switched off" Call so called cheap overseas customer service twice and complain about the issue, poor customer service guys have only thing to say, "oh we are sorry for the inconvenience" did not offer any solution and had no idea why network is behaving like it is? There is no techni...cal support available and customer service guys have no idea what is happening? Advise me that they will inform network provider, (Vodafone) and someone will call me to discuss/rectify the problem. After two calls to Lebara no one from network called me yet? Seems network provider don't have time to deal with other customers when their own customers are crying? Worst in this scenario is that company took money out of my card upfront, so they don't care now whether you get the network or not, whether service works or not? It is very deceptive behaviour where you can not do anything as you paid money upfront and can not do much to get service. Customer service is the worst I have seen in years. I hope federal government make some laws about this type of companies who are quick to withdraw money from your account but slower than a tortoise to act on bad service. Don't get any service from Lebara. November 8th 2019 Update: a wolf in Sheep disguise Network coverage is very poor with no technical support given by this company. Data speed is same as network coverage as if you can not make phone calls obviously your data speed would be bad as well. The worst part is the customer service. Overseas customer service, cheap labour, talk nice but have no knowledge of Australian consumer rights? Vodafone can't get customer through their doors so they wear "Lebara" suit to deceive people of Australia. Biggest liar I ever come across in my telecommunication life. Stealing money from people by offering pre paid service as you won't get the money back from them if something not working with their network? They offer very big data but I assure everyone you will never get that much data as they steal your data and would tell you that data is finished? Stay away guys.
