So after trying one out through Leitner's ambassador program I purchased the Berlin cruiser in white on a Saturday evening. They contacted me first thing Monday morning to confirm the shipping details and it arrived Wednesday afternoon. It arrived with a cracked rear mudguard but with a few photos and an email sent they organised a replacement mudguard that was sent express post to me free of charge (I just used some packing tape to hold the damaged one together until the replacement arrived).

We purchased a Leitner cross x and a straight bar cruiser. They are one of the best purchases we have made. I was concerned the cruiser might not keep up with the mountain bike, but it does an amazing job on gravel and dirt tracks. We use the battery for assistance when we need it, which is great on the steep roads and makes the trip a lot more enjoyable. It was an easy choice buying our first E Bikes from Leitner, after reading the reviews how could we go wrong!
The customer support is awesome! My husband got a puncture on his first ride and when I contacted Leitner they were very quick to offer a solution, because it happened on the first ride they allowed us to take it to our local bike shop for repair and then when I sent them the receipt they put the money straight back into our bank account!

The Berlin Cruiser by Leitner is a beautiful ebike. I traveled almost 50-60 Km (single charge of 4 hrs) on 15.6 Ah upgraded battery and had the last cell in its last breaths. The bike looks wonderful and offers amazing pedal assistance. I appreciate Leitner's customer support as well, which has so far won my heart with prompt and helpful responses.

I decided on the Leitner e-bike not only because of their excellent reviews, but I also liked the look of their bikes and price also was a major factor. Before purchasing the bike I rang the company on numerous occasions with different queries and have to say their customer service is excellent. The guidelines for the sizing of their bikes is spot on.
