Can I drink the salt water at night rather than morning?
Don't drink the salt water, take the detox back and get your money back. It's a scam. 100% false and misleading.
You've been scammed, and you're not the first, nor the last. Please take it back for a full refund.
There is the possibility of physical harm from following the instructions, and there is no benefit at all.

Does the weight not just pile back on once the detox diet is over?
Mine didn't but you have to be careful not to 'crash' off it and eat everything you've been missing out on whilst on the detox. If you 'ease' back into eating slowly the weight will stay off. Remember, you've only been putting minimal calories into your body on the detox. Simple math dictates you have lost weight. The only trap with putting it back on is if you 'overeat' and start to put more into your body than you are burning off. I guess you are getting married soon so this should be an excellent incentive to taking it slowly.
I've lost 20 lbs after the lemon maple cayenne mix for 10 days. Afterwards, I've stuck to a diet and exercised as well. I never was able to lose a single lb afterwards and I struggled to keep my 20 lb loss for 5 months following. Unable to lose it. I am going through desperate measure again. I'm now on the mix again and, hoping to lose another 20. I'm on day 4 and lost 5 lbs. Weight is a struggle for me with diet and exercise alone.
Yes, because this product is a scam.
It has no evidence of efficacy ... It's pure nonsense.
