Smooth as Silk
I had 2 very special ladies help me through every step of the way - I even zoomed for the 1st time ever - I am very happy with how easy the app is it work.
Not a quick process
Started the process nearly 5 weeks ago to refinance my home loan. Application to selected bank just submitted only yesterday. Very frustrating how long Lendi take. Would not use them again for this reason.
After filling out all the details on line and talking to a Mortgage specialist - The Mortgage specialist said he would need to speak to my husband as well.
We made an appointment the next day - had all our info ready to go..... Unfortunately the Home Loan specialist did not call and did not answer when we tried to call. Although the mortgage specialist was friendly and knowledgeable I found the whole process to be painstakingly slow.
Our first call with Lendi was over a week ago.

Pointless using them if you're just changing your loan mix with your existing bank
I wanted to change my loan breakdown with my existing bank to be a mixed fixed/variable loan rather than just variable. I used Lendi because they assured me they could likely get a discount on the variable interest rate. They did but just 0.1%. Given it took Lendi so long to transact this I would have been better off expediting the process by walking into my local branch and kicking off the process myself as the extra interest I paid during the weeks of waiting for Lendi far exceeds the 0.1% interest saving on my variable loan.

Smooth and Easy
Stephen who was my home loan specialist was very knowledgeable and was able help me through out the process. The entire process was smooth from providing options for loan to the application process to conditional approval through to final approval. Would recommend lendi.
Excellent experience, and easy process from start to finish. Highly recommend Lendi. My current bank didn't want to touch me as I was only permanent part time (despite getting approx 60 hours per week including overtime shifts). Lendi found me a bank quickly that this was no issue with, and the whole process was very smooth
The experience dealing with Zyan was excellent, he was very helpful and always keen to Fastrack the process. He also kept us very well informed and we ended getting a good rate.
Excellent Outcome and Service
I want to say thankyou to Luis for his help in getting us a cheaper rate with Westpac. I was virtually shrugged off when I spoke to them myself. Now within a matter of 2 weeks I am now better off financially and will pay my loan off sooner.
My experience with Lendi & consultants Lamita & Ron was excellent. Both these consultants were very helpful & kept us fully informed throughout our refinancing process. We did not experience any extra costs blow outs in refinancing our Mortgage & we also received a good interest rate from HSBC.
Do yourself a favour
What ever you do in your home finance endeavours, do yourself a favour and do not approach this company! Our contact and communications with Consultant Ben from Lendi Brisbane office relating to our functions in this loan application, started out clear and concise. But in the latter stages of 6 week timeframe, despite emails and phone calls seeking confirmation that all requirements for the application were met, and the application status, we received no response whatsoever. Abysmal client service, no acknowledgment or response to written comm...unication, not answering or returning phone calls, just a totally incompetent organization. And the same experience applied for the other key person involved in this application for finance, the crucial process just faded to dismissal of Lendi as brokers, due to their utter ignorance. Again, my advice, do not waste your time an effort here, you too may miss out on a purchase opportunity.
Pain free refinance
Very helpful and and easy to deal with they understood exactly what we were looking for and all our questions answered especially love the follow ups even after settlement we highly recommend

Kiran Kirby was amazing as he talked me through our options. I didn't think we would be eligible to refinance our rental home but Kiran made it happen. He goes above and beyond and thinks outside the box. I totally recommend.

Easy and painless
Our consultant was easy to deal with, the process was easily done mostly online and quick. We were initially only testing the waters not expecting to refinance for a little while but we are now a couple weeks down the road with approvals complete and some pretty large savings from our current provider. If you are thinking about refinancing and wondering if you should make an enquiry it is definitely worth your time. Thanks Sam.

Took over 3 months to settle
Mortgage broker was great but Lendi themselves were hopeless. Took over 3 months to settle…kept telling me they were hoping for it to happen the following week..again & again & again. Rate was good. But 3.5 months was not what I consider to be easier & quicker

Who do I contact to help sort out my application as my lendi rep is stuffing us around and keeps emailing and asking for stuff we have already provided, he said everything was fine and we will hear back regarding approval but emailed again today asking for details he had asked few weeks ago.

I am writing on behalf of my husband. I feel so bad for him as he keeps calling our Agent but no response. We are waiting for Unconditional Approval from last week Thursday. Two days ago my husband was on a call with Agent regarding some query but after that no communication at all. I was leaning towards Lendi for a homeloan after seeing the '1877' reviews with the highest stars than any of big 4 banks, just having a feeling that these may not be genuine.
