Information provided was consistently incorrect and misleading causing us to almost lose the house we purchased.
Unfortunately, I had no end of issues with Lendi throughout my loan application process. I had to consistently follow up to ensure items were completed. Lendi provided false and misleading information on numerous occasions, including from both the brokers manager and also the senior sales manager.
I only decided to go with a broker as I am extremely time poor due to work and family commitments.
I am extremely fortunate to work in lending and have an understanding of the loan process. If I did not have this experience, I would have lost the ...house I had purchased due to Lendi. Lendi continuously refused to escalate our loan application even though it was a purchase settlement and I submitted our application before making an offer on a house, on top of this, I also allowed an extended 21 days for finance giving a total of over 25 days to organise finance. Lendi never took any responsibility for their shortcomings and continuously blamed the lender. After extensive discussions with the head of credit for the lender, they advised that all the information I had been provided by Lendi had been incorrect. Further to this, the senior sales manager, [Name Removed] really needs to take some courses in how to speak with customers, he was extremely arrogant and had absolutely no empathy for our situation.
Spoke to a customer service representative for almost three hours on the phone. Scanned all my documents through and was rejected because I receive a TAC (transport accident commission) wage because of my husband recently passing away. This wage is consistent until my children at least finish Secondary School. At the moment my children are 1 and 3 years old. I owe very little on my mortgage and only wanted to get a better interest rate. The person I spoke to in the credit department was very rude.

My initial experience was OK, Once signed up with them experience was horrible.
Lack of communication, In experience staffs, unnecessary documents asking for loan, Not willing to listen customer properly. Simply wasting customers time. Not recommended at all
We are extremely happy with the outcome
We used Karan Ananda to refinance our existing home loan. He was very professional, diligent and patience. He always kept us up to date and was always willing to try and find us the most competitive home loan. We were about to chose another lender, but Karan came up with another alternative which was cheaper and gave us the same level of flexibility with the home loan. We are extremely happy with the outcome.
Poor response times
Our experience initially with Lendi was incredible. The person we spoke was very helpful, clearly knowledge and set what seemed like a realistic response time and process to refinancing and applying for a new loan. However we were told that the next step would be reviewing and finalising our submission 2-3 business days after our last conversation, it’s now been over 2 weeks with nothing. I have emailed, used their platform to send messages to the relevant broker and rung twice to leave a message, where the representative promised I would have my call returned. Really disappointing considering what was our initial experience!!!
my experience was mostly positive although I felt a little handled at first until I decided to proceed with the loan product. Once I did the initial loan application I had trouble gettibg a response from lendi for some questions I had. No extra costs and lian product is awesome. Excellent rate
Broker was really nice but unable to be effective when dealing with a lender issue, and the company could not/did not pre-empt the problem or have the means to solve it, and now I’m out of pocket for a series of delays. Very disappointing experience after what had been a promising start.
We had 2 appointments with Lendi, then we had a third one booked to go over all the options. They missed the appointment time we had booked and we never heard back from them.
Professional and helpful
Gayathri Krishanthan was my broker and really knows her stuff. She was extremely helpful, answering any questions I had in a timely manner.
Raewyn McCauley was my settlement expert and was equally as helpful as the process was coming to an end. We had a really positive experience with Lendi from start to end and I would happily recommend them to family and friends.
Would never recommend these idiots
Lender told us that, despite a couple of late payments, we would be fine with a loan as she spoke to her relationship manager at the bank that she chose to go with and he said it would go through. After multiple stuff ups and constantly having to resubmit documents that I already had submitted, the loan was knocked back and the lender's response was "I tried as hard as I could". Now I am left without a loan and nowhere to live as we have sold our property and are exchanging in a week. THANKS LENDI - NEVER AGAIN.
Comedy of errors but not funny
I've used Lendi twice now and both times there was error after error causing extended delays. I went back the 2nd time because my current lender advised I had to because they referred me the 1st time. From issuing loan documents for the incorrect amount, constantly having to chase updates and being punted around to multiple different staff members it was an absolute joke. The bad service caused weeks of delays to the commencement of my home renovations, inconveniencing my family and my builder. Will not use them again and will not recommend to anyone.
Absolutely waste of time
Customer service [name removed] appeared to be so helpful and eager to assist at the beginning, Too good to be true, he asked for numerous documents and statement literally all finance history and banking details and affordability, name it ... but not once, over and over again because he delays so it has to be updated from one pay cycle to another. Doesn’t return call or email excusing birthday or family commitment and all crap. So to make you give up. What I am annoyed is that they get all your private information and do nothing but wasting yo...ur time and giving false promises. Don’t waste your time... they are too good to be true. Apply with major banks directly why do you need a broker who waste your time and cash out a bonus from your pocket?
Andy Levstek NSW was great to deal with , straight talking very experienced just what I needed to steer everything in the right direction.
Overall a good experience and would recommend to friends and family.

Look Harley is terrific! However we are currently searching for a lower rate. 30 words is ridiculous especially if you’re a quiet person & don’t have a lot to say unless you want something! ie. Lower percentage rate! ✅
Very bad experience and will not use Lendi again
We signed up Lendi to help us with our home loan. The communication between us and the agent was very poor. No support and no clarity in what was happening with our application. The agent was never straight forward. We used his advice to put an offer on a house. In spite of asking him a number of times to get a pre-approval, he ignored our pleas. I wrote him an email asking for if there will be a problem if we put an offer. He advised that he had spoken to the BDM and said he was sure we could go ahead. We believe his words and decided to put a...n offer for a house. We did ask him about how much we could borrow to narrow down our search. We ended up putting an offer and tried to contact him about it. I wrote numerous emails asking him to contact us and also informed him of the offer. We never received any response. We received an email from the agent one day before the cooling off and he just said sorry and that he will look in to it. I was very scared in losing the initial deposit and asked him if he was confident in getting a loan. He advised that he doesn't see a problem. We extended the cooling off period. Again, there was no communication or messages. I was getting worried and wrote numerous emails asking him for an update. We asked the vendor if we could extend the cooling off period for a few more days and on the second last day before the cooling off period, the broker wrote an email saying that the application will take time and he wanted us to retract the lendi loan application. We have now last the initial deposit and has been a very harsh lesson. I would never use Lendi again and will certainly not recommend them to any of my friends. I replied to his email expressing my disappointment and received an email saying that the mail was not delivered. All I ask fellow people is to be aware of the loan process before approaching a broker.it is best to do your research and never trust anyone.

This was the first time I dealt with them . .
I sent an online enquiry to refinance my existing home loan . They were quick to get back to me and organise a valuation done . I was contacted by a person named [Name Removed] .
Post Valuation, I have been unable to get to them for an update . I have Tried and contacted them via email , direct phone Of the agent and their general number .
The agents phone goes directly to voice mail . When I contact the general number they take down my details and never get back to me .
Worst experience ever and never going to go ahead with them even if I get the beat offer as their service is appalling.
Frustrating Process. Constantly Ignored. Unprofessional service.
Process started off brilliantly with constant, clear communication....then Lendi dropped the ball and the process ended up taking 2 months! I didn't get the rate I was offered. My emails and phone calls were being ignored because they "forgot" or were "busy with other clients". Extremely unprofessional
Second time no better
They take way too long to get documents sorted. Then when there is a s notuff up takes a while to sort out. However it does get sorted out well and they are always polite and helpful. This is our third loan with them. The worst thing is you need AT LEAST 45-60 days to settle. Once they approve everything then you need to comply with the bank they choose for you. Fair enough but each loan has different requirements etc that take a while. Nothing beats having a bank manager. So they are good but their banks they deal with can drag things out.

I had a great experience refinancing my home loan through Lendi. Mary was super helpful, explaining everything in layman’s terms and was able to make things run as smooth as possible (even despite logistical restraints from COVID-19)! Thank you!

Only reason I gave a 4 out of 5 stars was at the end of this process we were only requested to get our payout figure for home loan the night before settlement which caused some stress
Customer service not very good, loads of promises and deliver little. I was made to feel excited about the prospect of a better mortgage and then let down with no result. Rang to enquire about progress and got different person, knew nothing about my loan and sounded disinterested.

The customer service we received from George El-Khoury was professional and extremely helpful. George walked us through the refinancing process and ensured that we had all necessary information to make an informed decision. Not to mention the rate we received as much better than we had hoped.
5-6 Months on!!!
Approached Lendi to refinance my house and debts, December last year thought they would be great, but had nothing but issues with them.
The lack of knowledge regarding what paperwork is required and the lack of communication between broker and customer has been disgraceful.
Still getting messages to say our loan is with the loans team for 4 weeks on and further.
If they didn't want to do our loan they should be up front and tell you.

Very badly managed.
Even taking into the fact that Covid 19 came about I was able to organise finance through someone else
in just over a month.
All I can say is Wake up Lendi and if you, have sense about finance do not use these people too in experienced!
Supplied all documents no word after 1 month
The customer service is non existent as I supplied all requested documentation and no word after a month so I sent an e-mail informing Lendi and the so called "Home Loan Specialist" of my displeasure at not hearing from Lendi and still no response and nearly 2 weeks have elapsed since my last e-mail.
Good service, helpful and prompt follow ups
We had a few administration issues with the bank, but Lendi staff were very prompt and helped to sort out the issues with us. I would use Lendi again and recommend them to others.

Who do I contact to help sort out my application as my lendi rep is stuffing us around and keeps emailing and asking for stuff we have already provided, he said everything was fine and we will hear back regarding approval but emailed again today asking for details he had asked few weeks ago.

I am writing on behalf of my husband. I feel so bad for him as he keeps calling our Agent but no response. We are waiting for Unconditional Approval from last week Thursday. Two days ago my husband was on a call with Agent regarding some query but after that no communication at all. I was leaning towards Lendi for a homeloan after seeing the '1877' reviews with the highest stars than any of big 4 banks, just having a feeling that these may not be genuine.
