Very poor communication and at the end, loan is not settled on time.
The so called home loan specialist [name removed] submitted the loan without listening to the customers needs and we had to direct him for every step.
Lendi will have good communication and assurance until they confirm the business, after that you call them 100 times, they won’t answer the call and reply to email, especially [name removed].

My first expeirence with lendi was when i moved from my old bank Ioan to my existing one. It was a very smooth journey and Lamita Achy the home loan specilaist whom i was delaing it made it very easy for me and saved me thousands on interest payments.
My second experience delaing with Lamita was as seamless. Starting with my loan application to pre formal and formal approval was a quick and painless process and in took less than a month to complete the whole process. Lamita kept me in loop at all the times, she never gave me a chance to call her to get an update because she was always on the front foot.

Working with BJ has been great. I had a complex loan with a refinance and a lot of difficulties in getting it over the line. BJ was tireless in his efforts with the bank often working weekends to provide the required info, eventually getting me final loan approval.
This settlement would not have been a reality without BJ being in my corner.

Initial contact good. Had to resubmit paperwork too many times. Too many calls from various staff about same thing. Lack of communication within Lendi staff. Upon settlement didnt even get the loan setup as requested. 1 month on and still not setup correctly. Lendi blames bank and vice versa. Me the customer stuck in limbo.

Ann was a great help.Combination of patience and enough push to help get it done.Easy and felt safe. Recommended. Used for investment loan. And now also for refi of home loan.

Lendi has been disappointing from day one. I submitted for loan approval after I have signed up the contract. The real estate has given us 3 weeks to get the approval. The next day I submitted all the required documents and from there on they only submitted loan to P&N Bank after a week. Then the wait started, until the last day of finance approval they did not contacted me regarding the finance process. Therefore I have to extend the finace approval date for another week, waited again no response, in the process false promises and keep asking ...
